Dave was prompt and courteous. My husband was here when the work was done and stated they were very professional. They did a great job with the projects and everything looks good. Dave even followed up with a phone call on a Saturday to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions/concerns. We would most definitely use Rittner's Electric again.

I had contacted David Rittner after the research that I had completed on Angie's list. I was looking for an electrician that obviously was qualified to do the work but I was also looking for one that I could call "my electrician". I had used another electrical company a year before and was not really enchanted by the overall service so I was still shopping. Even though price is a factor when contracting services, I was not automatically intending to select the lowest cost bid. However, David did provide a most attractive bid. I had contracted David with the understanding that I would dig the trench (~300 feet) and install a water supply line and place about one foot of stone screenings over the line in preparation for his installation of the conduit and wire. I planned to take a vacation and would have most of my vacation week to get the trench dug and water line installed before he arrived. Unfortunately, my backhoe suffered a mechanical problem almost as soon as I started and could not get it serviced in time to continue with the project. David was VERY understanding and cooperative since I had to postpone the project. I rescheduled with David soon after and was able to complete the installation of the trench and water line on the next vacation, as intended. The day that he was scheduled to arrive, he was a bit late in the morning but he had contacted me beforehand and made me aware of the delay. In no way did this affect the job as he and Chad worked into the evening to meet the milestone that he had intended to achieve that day. David and Chad arrived the next morning and completed the job to a very satisfactory level. I am a bit obsessive compulsive about a clean work site and they were pretty good at keeping trash at a minimum. I have worked with many contractors over the years and I feel that I can say that David Rittner is a keeper. David's (and Chad's) good demeanor, timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and pride of workmanship are above average. I definitely intend to use him to install lights and outlets at the barn. This does not sound like much but an animal barn has to be of the same or better quality of care to prevent fire, etc. that a residence would demand. I am also considering some other projects such as a whole house generator and some other smaller projects. So, if you should be currently reaching out for an electrician, I suggest that you seriously consider Rittner's Electric.

We thought the price was fair. The quote was quick and work scheduled in a timely manner. The work was completed to our expectation and schedule.

What an outstanding company, we called them at 7 pm at night with an emergency call. We have never used them before and got there number off of Angie's List. The guy was on a date but said give him 90 mins and he would be there. He got here around 8.30 and went straight to work. He was professional found out the problem and worked till 12.30 am getting the problem fixed. about an hour before he finished it started to rain. He buckled down and worked through it. He even fixed up his generator to our freezer to try and help save the food in there. When he presented his bill for 5 hours of work, in the middle of the night i was shocked at how reasonable it was. I would use this company again in a heart beat.

Rittner kindly answered all my questions,/ gave me several options. They provided a very professional estimate and even called me back to ask if I had any further questions. Very professional contractor. In the end I chose a different contractor based on price, but I wouldn't hesitate to give Rittner my business in the future.

EXCELLENT! He was on time, traced the problem and explained the repairs prior to performing. All work was done professionally and in a timely fashion.

It went well. He called to let me know when he would be there. He was on time. He understood the problem and was cautious and thorough in his efforts. He charged the basic amount, since he was not there that long and did not have to do a lot. He took down additional information in case the irrigation people cannot fix the pump issue.

Dave called me to let me know he was running late and was prompt at that time. He reviewed what the project covered and notified me of the things like turning off the power.

David provided a quote and scheduled a date to do the work. Everything was completed as promised. David and Chad were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use Rittner's Electric again.
