David easily handled all of the work I threw at him, whether updating wiring, installing a shower vent, outlets and new lights, or completely reconfiguring old-fashioned, jerry-rigged lighting. He was very conscientious about offering options that were economical, as well as green. Because I had such a good experience with him on the first job, I asked him to come back to address other outstanding issues. He's a stand-up guy!

Found the problem, answered all my questions, and ended up changing out one of my fixtures as well. He was quick and thorough and was great to work with. Would definitely hire again!

It took some time to figure out scheduling, but once that was settled David was very prompt and efficiently completed the work during the day we agreed on. He had to procure some additional parts and presented a receipt for those purchases. Would definitely do work with the company again.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. Dave is friendly and personable. He came to assess what we wanted done and made suggestions as to what was needed since the house is old and had been updated somewhat. I received the work sheet and agreed with the cost. Dave came 1 day and did the hard wiring. Came back in a week (which was oked by me), and finished everything. His attention to detail is impressive, very neat and efficient. No complaints at all. I do have more items to do and will be having Dave back. Also, good communication.

David and his worker did a fantastic job. They not only were very skilled, but also maintained a kind and professional attitude. My house, like many old homes, was a sea of wiring that was patched into from renovation to renovation - Rittner and his team was able to tackle the mess head on and even labeled all of my wires and electrical box to make it easy for both myself to understand as well as any other future electricians. Cannot say enough good things - will definitely be calling them again!

Called three electricians on Friday morning because we lost partial power to the house. He returned our call within a few minutes after we left a message and told us he could come later in the day. Upon arrival he determined that the panel box would have to be replaced due to malfunction of the main breaker. He did a temporary fix so we had Air Conditioning and the refrigerator for the weekend. He told us he would provide a proposal to upgrade the panel as we believe it was the original (1976), no longer available and we had been told in 2014 we would need to upgrade in the near future. Dave also told us if we went with his proposal he would deduct the cost of materials he used for the temporary fix as well as honor a coupon off labor for new customers. The proposal arrived in my email by 7:30 am Monday morning and included the upgrade necessary as well as the options of a whole house surge protector and third party inspection. I responded with a couple of questions, stating we wanted both options and inquired when he would be available. He followed up with a phone call to ensure we received the proposal, answered a couple of questions and also responded with answers in writing. The day of service he arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. He also replaced a faulty outdoor receptacle while he was here. We have already discussed additional work we want Dave to do for us. The below cost of service is all inclusive for the two service calls.

Mr. Rittner was very flexible about changing our appointment when the lights we ordered did not come in on time. He went to great lengths to keep our building clean. And he was great with our dogs.

Dave & Brian arrived on-time the work to be done was explained prior to beginning. Once the job was complete, everything was reviewed. Both Dave & Brian were cordial professional & a pleasure to do business with.

Several kitchen outlets in our older home had stopped working. Dave diagnosed the problem, replaced a faulty GFI outlet and recommended replacing additional outlets to ensure the home kitchen area meets current code requirements. I am very satisfied with the work, cost, and prompt, courteous response to my call.

Everything went well. It was snowing and schools had been called off and we thought he wouldn't be coming and would have to reschedule. Not the case. He showed and was prepared. He laid down drop cloths to protect our floors and booties to protect the carpets. He was pleasant and professional and worked consistently through our list. He found some potentially dangerous situations in the house and fixed them. We will most definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.
