Installed an outlet for new range. Needed for thanksgiving. Came within 30 minutes of calling me back. Was friendly, quick and professional. Will definitely call him again.

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Dave and his employee were very professional and friendly. They had with them everything they needed to complete the work, and they explained what they were doing and why. Dave paid attention to details, too--he even used a digital scale to weigh each fan blade for the ceiling fan, and cut his own weights to insure that each blade was exactly the same weight as all the others. This made for very smooth, wobble-free fan operation. Dave's price included a high-efficiency, powerful bathroom fan, but the fan's price was very competitive with online listings. We have already arranged for Rittner's to come back for an additional repair.

Fixed the grounding issue with my GFCI outlets.

Very friendly and informative. Was punctual and made suggestions. Cleaned everything before they left. I asked him to schedule after the Holiday to perform more work. Price was right.

Wow he was good. He arrived with Chad who is an apprentice and they got started right away. My brother in law and I spent 6 hours trying to find the problem and failed miserably. He took and hour and twenty minutes. he was very capable, friendly and explained everything. He wasted no time and is obviously experienced and a credit to his profession. all in all it was a great experience for us. And we got our lights back. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Dave Rittner to anyone who needs a professional.

It went superbly. He did a great job with the light switches and they seems to be working well so far. He enjoys his work and openly shares tips with you. He also fixed an unrelated problem he found with the light panel removed (for no extra charge). Rittner is 'da man!

Amazing! Dave gave me a fair estimate and did much of the work himself. The other electrician was terrific as well. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Their work was exceptional. I got three estimates for the work and Rittner's was the only company to follow up with me after the estimate. They wanted my business and that was important to me. I would recommend them to anyone needing professional electrical service and will use them for all my future needs.

My husband and I returned from dinner one evening to discover that there was no electricity in two of the four bedrooms in our home. We were not familiar with any electricians, so we joined Angie's List and called Rittner's Electric in Dillsburg, Pa. Dave listened patiently and said that he could schedule an appointment that same week. He arrived on time, wore carpet protectors on his shoes and immediately began to look for the problem. He discovered that there were electrical shortages in certain outlets in both bedrooms. He was able to repair the outlet in one bedroom, but will be coming back to restore electricity in the master bedroom, because he will need another electrician to help him complete the job. He even said that we could use a coupon that was offered for his return appointment. Dave answered our questions and performed the work in a very professional manner.

One of the first comments Dave stated was "we treat your home and perform the work just as we would for our own home." I did not see anything less than detailed caring work. I was even asked about the color of the receptacle plates to ensure uniformity. I was called prior to their arrival to let me know when they would arrive. Each day, they arrived when they said they would. After completing the outdoor lighting project, I had more work I wanted done but was going to wait. I honestly could not wait after seeing Dave's work. I asked them to come back and complete additional work. Again, my vision is a reality thanks to Rittner's Electric. Before their arrival, a call was placed to me letting me know at least 20-30 minutes in advance and what time they would arrive. Very punctual! After completing a large project spanning two days to get the outdoor lighting installed, I had more work I did not anticipate doing until later. I could not wait. I wanted Dave and Chad back to complete the work so we agreed upon a second date for more work. Again, my vision is a reality thanks to Rittner's Electric.
