Fine, except there was one small area that was missed.

Usually just one person comes out. They send you e-mails to let you know when they're going to come out and treat it as well as when they can't make it out to you.

Creative Exteriors seems to be working out just fine. They know the property lines and work without instruction. You wouldn't even know they were here and gone if it weren't for the sign left behind (and the tiny fertilizer 'balls' in the yard). I saw the employee take the time to carefully go around the entire yard and even move a couple of dog toys we forgot to collect before they got here. He seemed respectful when getting near gardens, hoses, etc. As a matter of fact, when he was finished he got the leaf blower and blew the grass from our driveway that my husband hadn't had time to take care of the night before. Now that's going the extra mile! It's only the 2nd visit in the 1st round of our maintenance program. But so far so good. They have a very informative website and anyone we've spoken to has been very nice and helpful. Price seems reasonable and they must be doing something right because we've seen signs for Creative Exteriors treatments popping up around the neighborhood.

We have the nicest looking lawn & we have 2 dogs...never thought they could get it to look nice & it looks fantastic. They also spray for insects & spiders & last year when the fleas were so bad b/c it never got cold enough to kill them, we didn't have a problem. Also we didn't notice any spiders in the house. I highly recommend them. You can pay up front or have it broken down over a 6 month period, so it equals out to be about $93/month.
