Boccelli Window/Gutter Cleaning Service

Showed up mid-day and told me that he couldn't do my windows that day because he didn't know I had storm windows. I had to re-schedule for two weeks more and it would cost double the quote. They cleaned the gutters that day, but made a real mess, dumping the leaves all over my bushes and driveway and didn't clean up after themselves. I re-scheduled, and he told me that the windows would take him all day so he would come here first. Two weeks later, by 9:30am no one had showed up. I called and was told he was "on the road." By 1pm no one had come (I called three more times and got voicemail). At 1pm I left a message saying not to bother to come. I had moved all the furniture away from the windows so that they could clean and stayed home waiting for them. They never contacted me to apologize or explain why they didn't show up. I paid them for the gutters and will never hire them again.
