Blizzard was able to come out 2 days after my call, for a non-emergency job. Arrived promptly at 8:30 am and left at 11:45 with the job complete. The job ended up being more elaborate than anticipated because the toilet, which had come loose from the floor, had been improperly set when originally installed 15 years earlier. The Blizzard tech had to strip the old install and reinstall, calling in a delivery of tools he didn't expect to need. Everything was professionally done beyond my expectations and below the cost I anticipated. Polite, professional staff. I would definitely use Blizzard again.

MATT WAS THE SERVICE TECH, VERY FRIENDLY, OUTSTANDING KNOWLEDGE, KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS IMMEDIATELY, JOB WAS DONE IN A VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT MANNER, HE EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CHECK THAT OUR UNIT WAS STILL UNDER PARTS WARRANTY, AND SAVED US $150 TO $200 IN PARTS COST. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLIZZARDS, AND ASK FOR MATT !!!

We did not have a consistent hot water source due to malfunctioning valve. We could circumvent the problem by constantly resetting the power. After finding this plumber using Angie's List, I called to set up an appointment for the next day(Friday). Upon inspection of the unit, he determined the problem to be the gas valve and the part was not immediately available. Because this was a Friday, we chose to wait until Monday for the repair to be finished instead of paying weekend rates. Also at this time, there were other issues due to improper installation from the building contractor. A pipe was leaking and corroding. The condensation drain was never installed. On Monday the repair was completed, along with corrections of other issues. The technician was knowledgeable, profession, neat in appearance and conscientious of cost. My wife felt safe with him in the house and we both highly recommend their services.

We probably have been using them for 10 years. They're prompt. If I have an emergency, they come out and they come and do the job. When you ask a question, they try to be helpful. They're reliable. They seem to do satisfactory work.

Blizzards were prompt and very courteous. This was a major job that required a well pipe to be repaired and backfilling necessary.

All done in one day. Guys were very professional.

They are very responsive to emergency calls... almost always same day service.

We awoke to a cool house and quickly determined that the furnace was not working. I called Blizzard's and spoke to the anawereing service. A few minutes later the owner returned my call and promised to have a technician out as soon as he was available. Very shortly after that he called to tell me that the technician was on his way. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the aquastat and was on his way. The house quickly warmed up. I have had Blizzard's doing work for me for about ten years and have always been pleased with their work.

The work went fine and since we had just spent $1,100 to replace a water tank they didn't take time to pitch a replacement A/C system. The work was done quickly and neatly. Sometimes you have to wait a couple of hours for them to arrive, but their work is done well and for a reasonable price.
