SB Improvements

As SB Improvements has done for us before, excellent work was done. A new set of attic folding stairs was neatly installed and a new kitchen sink was also installed that same day. SB improvements patiently trimmed the countertop until the sink fit just right. Nearly a week later no leaks have been observed. As always the SB Improvements crew was polite and thorough, the work neatly done.

Bogdan has done work for us during the last several years, from installing an attic fan, a bathroom fan and vent, roof repair, vinyl siding repair, interior painting, to most recently installing a beam over a covered deck to level a sagging roof. Bogdan has consistently done excellent work, always seeking to do the best job that can be done. He is also patient and very polite. My elderly mother with whom I live also thinks very highly of him. In addition to the work that he has already done for his, we have talked with him of doing additional work for us.

I contacted this provider about what jobs I wanted done. He arrived st my house and gave me an estimate. He said he would be in touch. Never heard back from him. I contacted him to ask if he still planned on completing these jobs and if not to let me know so I can look somewhere else. No reply. His behavior was rude and unprofessional.

He did a great job and he promised to return to repair some roof issues

Bogdon installed a frameless glass shower enclosure for my new bathroom. Due to the shower curb being not level (this wasn't his work), he was able to make a custom, clear shim so it wouldn't be visible, and modify the metal sliding door guide. He is creative and skillful. The shower looks amazing.

I found Bogdan Sokolowski to be very professional from beginning to end. He called back promptly, came to the house quickly to see the job to give me an estimate, answered phone messages quickly when I had questions, and came and did a nice job. When I asked for follow up work, he came promptly. I will definitely call him again.

I really needed this work done as soon as possible b/c I couldn't continue with other work until this was completed. I called Bogdan and he got back to me right away and came the next day (a Saturday) to give me an estimate. He told me he could have someone come and do the patching and he would do the electrical. Mike came on Monday night, after an already full day of work, right on time and worked until 9pm. He came each day exactly when he said he would be there and did such a wonderful job. The patching of the ceiling was truly perfection. You would never know there was ever a wall between these two rooms or a door in one of them. Bogdan came after the drywall work was done and finished the electrical work exactly as asked. Mike cleaned up every night, was very personable and refused to let me help him with anything. This was the first time I ever hired help with any construction project and I couldn't be happier with the who I chose. The price was exactly as estimated and more than fair. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need any other work done. Feel confident calling SB Improvements. They are truly a great company who do amazing and very meticulous work.

SB is meticulous. He inspected the entire house each of the five times he came to check on progress. He removed a cracked toilet, replaced it, repaired and perfectly finished the walls that had been damaged, replaced ceiling tiles, installed replacement linoleum, replaced the garbage disposal, and replaced a damaged screen door. In short, as in the past, SB is the very best handyman we've ever used. His prices are more than reasonable and he is an exceedingly hard worker, dedicated to his clients. If there were a rating above A+ he would receive it from us!

The work was performed on time. The job looks great. They cleaned up very well. I was very satisfied.

They did a really good job. It was a tedious job that they worked well on.

Bogdon and Mike did an excellent job. They removed all the sheet rock and plaster from underside of stairs (keeping the house very clean in the process) and then shimmed, glued and screwed the risers, treads, and stringers so that the stairs no longer make noise when walking on them. They also put up new sheet rock and repainted everything. The stairs were extremely squeaky...I was waking up the kids on the way to work! Now, I cannot make them squeak even when I try. They were very courteous and professional throughout the job. They also were very intent on keeping my home clean from any dust. I highly recommend them.
