+ 4 moreOverall for a house that was built in the year 1900 with the settling of walls floors the work was done very good. Chris was punctual he was there on time and was there for the whole day which is hard to find any construction worker that works a whole day. He started with the demolition Then on to floors the quality of work was very good and he had it done in a timely manner. Framing of the wall in kitchen, to fur it out for granite tops was near perfect and for an old home that i purchased i never thought it would be able to get that close. The bathroom floor was amazing after he was done nice and level. The suggestion of putting in closet in bathroom also worked out great with folding doors it made my Fiance very happy. Chris is very good with his communication skills and will go out of his way to make customer feel comfortable the suggestions he made alone made a bigger improvement than if i was to just do it the way i was going to. I would recommend Chris to anyone without hesitation. Chris was not out there trying to make himself rich he did not over estimate his work and was extremely reasonable with his pricing.
Description of Work: I bought a house thinking i could do the work myself but quickly realized i could not. I made a few calls chris came over was very professional he knew exactly what needed to be done without my input. He also pointed out things i never saw. My floors were off from one side of room to other. so tiling would be really hard and would have looked extremely bad if i had tried to do this without leveling floors. He was very helpful with suggestions on how to make the living room and dinning room bigger by moving some none bearing walls. The upstairs bathroom floor was 3 1/2 inches off and he went over my best options for leveling the bathroom also. this would mean taking all fixtures out and then putting them all back when he was done leveling.. The walls also had to be furred out as i was putting granite counters in and had very little room for errors. he also suggested putting in closet in bathroom there was no space for any of our linen..
