+ -1 moreSAM UNOBTRUSIVELY WENT ABOUT MEASURING AND INSPECTING MY HOME FOR A MORTGAGE APPLICATION. HE WAS HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND HAD A MEASURING WHEEL FOR THE PROPERTY. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE BOTH ABOUT THE FEATURES OF MY HOME AND ABOUT HOMES IN MY AREA (THIS IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE). THIS WAS A SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE TO PREVIOUS ONES I HAVE HAD WHERE THE APPRAISER IS INEXPERIENCED AND COLLECTS ERRONEOUS INFORMATION WHICH COULD NEGATIVELY IMPACT A LENDER.
