+ -1 moreShe made sure the condo looked as good as it would ever look. She added her own finishing touches, but with respect to our wishes. She created a showing schedule and an advertising campaign that we wholeheartedly approved of. She was in contact with us every step of the way. She was very accessible both by email and telephone as well as highly cooperative about in-person meetings. She attempted to take as much of the load off of us in the selling and the home, including working with the new owners once the bid was accepted and the condo went through an inspection. She gave excellent guidance and advice. She remained warm and friendly and personable. By the end, we felt like she was family?.
Description of Work: I am writing this review regarding one agent: Tammy Smith, of the Newtown, Pa. offices. She sold the condo my mother, recently deceased, lived in for many years. She was one amazing professional, and i have known many in this field! she was completely professional and thorough, yet remained warm and compassionate and friendly throughout the entire process. she was helpful in coordinating what needed to be done with other brokers as well. from the first moment we met her, we believed in her capacity to do what she said she could and would do, and we were not disappointed. we would recommend Tammy Smith to anyone in the Bucks County or Philadelphia area. The company she worked for seemed to be supportive of her efforts to serve us.
