Mark and Tom were very respectful. Mark had lots of good ideas to help my husband, who has a debilitating disease, be more comfortable. They were prompt and very skillful.

We have used D&B many times for various jobs. Always professional, prompt, courteous, and clean. The last was about 2 years ago as our powder room toilet began to leak into the basement. Since I had turned the water off to the toilet it was not an emergency, but they were able to come out the next day. I described the issue, he knew exactly what it was. Toilet was fixed in less than an hour. Will continue to use them.

Mark arrived, inspected the plumbing and reviewed the possible causes with us. He suggested a course of action to address the problem, progressing from simplest fix to most complicated. On Feb. 29th, he checked our crawlspace for open drains, check our sink for bouncing water, and then checked our vent line to make sure it was clear. He found a small blockage and used a hose to wash the vent out. He checked the whole house drain and the flow was good to the vent and trap. Since it didn't seem likely that the problem was fixed, he planned to return the next morning with a large sewer machine for snaking the line from the lower level powder room. The next morning, it was clear that the odor was still present, so he pulled the toilet in the powder room and snaked the line to the mine run. Mark used a camera to inspect 3 feet into the line. He found that there was a significant build up of rust in the line. Also found the another plumber had installed an extension ring without caulking it, possibly allowing odors to escape between the ring and the metal closet flange. He reseated the toilet with two wax rings and resealed the base with silicone sealant. It appears that the problem with the sewer gas leak was a result of the extension ring. Snaking the line and reseating the toilet has completely resolved the problem. We are very happy with the professionalism Mark showed in explaining the work he would perform and in doing the work. We would definitely call him again for other work that we needed to have performed.

They do all my plumbing and do excellent work. They are fairly priced. They are very responsive.

We were the first call of the day so they showed up 10 minutes early. All repairs completed in just over an hour including installing the faucet a second time because he wasn't happy with the original installation.

I had used this company for 20 years. The business was sold to a plumber who worked for Dreisbach and Bosler. He sent me a bill for $750 for 3 hours of work. When I questioned the bill his wife told me the plumber was at my house all day even though I was here during the entire time and knew it took less than 3 hours. The toilet was not bolted down and almost fell off. I had to finish the job myself. I will never use this plumber again because of the over billing, poor quality work, and rude service.

The woman who returned my initial call was so helpful, she gave me their hourly rate and told me that someone would be at the house at 7 am. She said if a repair or replacement was needed and not in the inventory on the truck, that the service rep would be able to give me an estimate to complete the job. The plumber showed up a couple minutes early (!) and was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem with the pump in less than 15 minutes, made several calls for the required switch to fix it, and headed upstairs to repair the toilet. He fixed part of the toilet, was on his way downstairs to tell me he needed a part from his truck when he got a call from a local supplier with the pump part he needed. In the span of 2 hours, he diagnosed the pump problem, sourced and went after the required part, repaired the pump, repaired the toilet upstairs (reattached the tank and replaced the 'guts') and also repaired a toilet downstairs as a bonus. I couldn't be happier with the service, the results, or the professionalism of the entire organization.

Mark Michaels came out to give me an estimate and was very creative in suggesting that the current gas line be extended underground and outside of the house instead of inside the house, busting holes through my finished basement to get to the other side of my house where the generator would be placed. He even offered to buy a special tool for the job and to supervise the college student I hired to dig the line where the new piping would be laid. He and the electrician who put in the generator worked together to coordinate the timing of the project.

I left a message on the voicemail on a Saturday morning but wasn't optimistic that I would get a call back on a holiday weekend. He called back right away and talked over the problem with us over the phone. He told us he couldn't come out in the morning because he was busy all day but could be at our place about 4:00. He called before he came over and fixed the problem plus one or two other things he noticed. Sent us the bill in the mail. Small company, great service!!!
