+ -1 moreThey came out and injected a dye to check where the leak was. They were very thorough. They are a Trane AC authorized dealer and I have a Trane system. But, I don't think it matters to them, it could be a Carrier system as well, they know what the maintenance is, they know the equipment and they bring some interesting equipment along. They do the service quite well.
Description of Work: Came out to check system for freon leak.

+ -1 moreJohn, the owner allowed me to see the leak with the special glasses and UV light and showed my the faulty seal, replaced at a later date with a Trane OEM part. John leveled my Trane unit. He checked for leaks by drawing a vacuum and then recharged the system.
Description of Work: Located leak using UV light and dye. Installed new thermostat replacing malfunctioning thermostat installed >10 years earlier. Placed chlorine tablets into condensate pump sump.
