Luke was knowledgeable , professional & quoted a price that was much better than everyone else we had quote this fairly large project. His crew did quality work, they were very respectful & worked very hard throughout each day they were here. Luke listened to every concern & addressed everything quickly. We were pleased with the end result & will definitely call Luke if we ever need additional work.

Just finished a complete Siding and Gutter replacement. In addition, they replaced an aged French Door and Deck Support Posts. I am very happy with the workmanship, cleanup, and the professional manner that they conducted communication.

Luke Martin responded immediately and came out the very next day after we suffered wind storm damage to our house last month. He and his crew transformed our dated, faded old house into a blue beauty! We love the work that they did and walk outside just to see how nice it looks. Luke and his crew were honest, professional and courteous. Our home now displays the workmanship and skill that Luke Martin and his team have. We could not be more pleased and would gladly work with him again on other jobs.

This review is long overdue which is unfair to Luke and his employees. The quality and craftsmanship was the best I have ever experienced. From the beginning of the quote process to the final payment I have the highest respect for the work done by Luke and the three gentlemen who worked on my project. The project was replacing old aluminum siding with individual polymer cedar look shakes. Their attention to detail was fantastic and the new look still blows us away. The shakes we chose came in three shades and eight widths and Luke and crew installed them in a random fashion which mimicked real cedar shakes. It has almost been a year and everything is still perfect. I have no complaints or criticisms and would highly recommend him for whatever your needs. You will not find a better person for quality work at a reasonable price.

It went extremely well! Luke and his crew were very polite to us and to each other. They were careful to remove their shoes when they entered our home and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The inside frame of the front window that they replaced had more damage than was noticeable. Luke did a very neat, careful job on that as well as with putting in the window. They did a very neat job (and I'm picky about details). We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

We needed a lot of work done around our house, rear porch, and pool house. The project was to replace all siding on our house and pool house, replace the screens on our back porch, replace the screen doors on the porch, replace all soffit and gutters as well as add siding/ soffit to the ceiling of the front and rear porch, replace shutters around the windows, replace 3 sliding glass doors, and rebuild part of the back porch. Luke not only offered a quote, and completed the project, but we were thrilled with how he offered suggestions throughout the project in terms of styles, colors, and changes that might make the project better. In order to complete the porch ceiling where we spend a lot of time throughout the spring, summer and fall, he suggested a pattern for the ceiling to go along with new lighting. Luke accommodated changes we made as well. In the second week of the project, Luke allowed for a major change so that we could install 3 new sliding glass doors. I was surprised and glad that he was willing to add that and not create a separate work order and wait to come back and finish that part of the project. Be aware that Luke Martin is busy. Luke was already booked for several months when I called him to quote a price on the project. I have to admit, that is in part why I went with Luke. His reviews and the fact that he is in high demand caused me to trust that he would do reputable work. My experience after seeing his work confirmed my trust. Luke Martin does excellent work, but be prepared to wait. It is definitely worth the wait to get the kind of personalized service you get from Luke. Even with all the weather delays that occurred, Luke still completed my project in the time we agreed. For any exterior project I ever have in the future, I will call Luke Martin.

A new competent contractor was needed now. Admittedly, the search was less than enjoyable. Many phone messages were left, because no one bothered to pick up their phone. Few were returned, only one showed up and no follow up was recieved. Enter Luke Martin Siding and Exteriors. The one company that thought enough of their customers to actualy pick up a phone. After a brief discussion of my problem an appointment was set for a home visit. Mr. Martin was on time even though the weather that day was horrible. His honest evaluation of the project was stright forward and enlightening. We came to an agreement and he was hired on the spot.. This was no ordinary project. It's ALWAYS harder when you have to undo what others have done very wrong. Mr Martin and his crew took it all in stride. My project happened to take place is some of the coldest weather we've had all this year. Combine it with the snow and you could have massive delays. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. We had a couple of delayed starts that in my opinion were totally justified. Yet, THEY DID NOT MISS ONE DAY OF WORK. Needless to say, the problems with the original construction were corrected, and the addition turned out FAR better than I anticipated. A couple of outher notable facts were that every person involved brought here to work with Mr Martin were polite, courteous and picked up after themselves. When the crew left there was nothing for me to do that was not part of the original agreement... I would always allow Mr Martin to show my project to anyone that was even slightly hesitate to sign his company to do their job.. Bottom line, any project I need done, he gets the first phone call...ALWAYS.

Luke and his crew were very professional, timely, and neat. They did an fantastic job. When he discovered some unforeseen problems we discussed the different options and costs before he completed anything. Luke is on site daily which was very reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with them and would definitely recommend.

Beyond our expectations. Mr. Martin was exceptionally responsive throughout entire process (from initial discussion through completion of work). He and his crew were extremely neat in all of their work. I will hire him again and again for all of our exterior work.

Luke Martin Siding & Exteriors was simply outstanding for us. We are so happy we hired Luke Martin to do a large exterior project, which included new vinyl siding, new gutters, new deck surfaces, new railing, and turning part of our deck into a screened-in porch. Luke was one of five bidders on our project, and his questions and attention to detail stood out to us right away. Luke was very happy to tweak the contract several times during the negotiation phase so that as many details related to materials and workmanship were thought through. We felt Luke Martin treated our project like a unique, custom job (which it was). The value for the money of the project was excellent. Like most good contractors, Luke Martin had a full schedule, so we had to book him a couple months in advance. He started right when he said he would, and did a great job maintaining communication via email before, during and after the work was done. I was impressed with Luke Martin's attention to detail throughout the project, both in terms of logistics and workmanship. Luke Martin is a very professionally-run business. He was happy to put all details of materials and workmanship in writing. He also immediately furnished proof of insurance for his company as well as both of his subcontractors. He also took care of everything related to township inspections and permit. Like all projects, we had a few small unanticipated items that came up after the work began, and Luke Martin was very fair with us in handling them. One of these items required him to procure a wider roll of insect screen than he planned for, and Luke Martin found a way to get it done for a nominal charge without making us feel like we were being a pain or too picky. One of the best parts of working with Luke Martin was that he and his crew were all friendly and hardworking gentlemen who took great pride in their work and did everything possible to maintain the cleanliness and usability of our home. Luke Martin also tended to start right on time in the mornings and wrapped-up by 5pm, which meant our family could enjoy dinner and relax together each evening during the project without saws and hammers disrupting the peace. Great quality. Great people. Great value. Professional. We are so happy that we chose Luke Martin for our project!

My experience with Luke Martin and his people was extraordinary. Luke communicated clearly, in a timely manner and kept me apprised of the schedule. His workmanship and that of his crew is A+. I could not be happier with the results. Siding had been installed incorrectly without flashing or trim. There were bubbles/waves in the siding, areas where water was directed to the inside of the garage and pieces were cut short leaving gaps at the ends. Luke told me additional siding would be required to make the repairs. He was concerned about the color difference due to different dye lots and aging of the existing siding. He recommended using existing siding from the back to repair the front and use the new siding to replace the back wall which is 3' from my neighbor's garage and a color difference would go unnoticed. I had the same concerns regarding color and was pleased when Luke had already considered the same. It was reassuring to know he is attentive to details, had a plan and was thinking ahead. Luke and Jonathon removed the siding, installed flashing, channel and trim where appropriate and reinstalled the siding. It looks wonderful. The seams are barely noticeable, panels are smooth, water is staying out. The other major repair of this project was the dutch door and french doors. Neither door was installed correctly and both leaked at the rough opening and the dutch door leaked between the doors. Creativity was required to repair both doors. Luke, Jonathan and Ralf removed the french doors and trim inside and out. They flashed the opening and installed a handcrafted sill pan to accommodate and work with the porch which was built at door sill level. The door and trim were reinstalled. The dutch doors were removed, the rough opening flashed, sill pan and threshold were installed. The door was rehung. This door required creativity in keeping the air and water out of the gap between the top and bottom door while retaining functionality and looking good. Luke accomplished it all. He fashioned a rubber membrane that fills the gap perfectly and looks great. I wish I had found Luke Martin to do the work initially. I will be contacting him for the next project.

Luke did a great job. The quality of his work was very good. He is very easy to work with and very accommodating. He showed up every day by 7:30 and several days didn't leave until after 5:00. He also worked a couple of Saturdays to catch up due to rain. He has a small crew but they work well together and are very thorough. At the end of every day, they cleaned up everything and used a blower to get rid of any dirt/debris. We met with several contractors prior to picking Luke. I wanted to build an A Frame roof over my deck for the screened room off the back of my house. The existing roof comes together at several different angles. Most of the other contractors would only do a Shed roof. Luke listened to what I wanted and told me that he liked challenges. In a couple of days he got back to me to tell me that he was able to figure it out. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed and would absolutely use him again for other work

All contacts and questions with Luke Martin were prompt, professional and answered to our satisfaction. The work was done when scheduled. He and his assistants arrived in the morning and did the work quickly and efficiently, completing the job in two days. They cleaned up at the end of the first day and when the job was complete, leaving everything as it was when they arrived. The work looks great and we've received compliments on the siding.

Excellent customer service that included prompt response to estimate request. Very reasonable pricing. The work has been completed and Luke did an excellent job. All debris was removed and clean up was spotless. What a pleasant experience working with Luke Martin.

Luke arranged to meet with us promptly after our initial contact and went over the entire scope of the project. He was able to provide us with an estimate on the same day, which was greatly appreciated given our budget concerns. In addition to being responsive to our concerns about scheduling the work, he also took additional time to research different insulation materials we could use and inform us of the pros/cons of these options. The one detail that induced us to hire another business was the limited duration of the warranty offered on the workmanship. We were concerned that some issues with installation might only be noticeable after extended periods of time (e.g., water infiltration). Appropriately or not, we feared that one year might not suffice to spot less obvious problems with an installation. We were otherwise thoroughly impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, flexibility, and integrity displayed by Luke and would not have hesitated to work with him.

They were good. They were friendly and informative.

The work went quickly but it was done carefully, with an attention to detail. I was surprised by how nicely the trim around the windows looked; not at all like replacement windows often seen (with thin borders). Very happy! I will use them this fall - for more windows!

Although Luke Martin Siding & Exteriors preformed work as a subcontractor as part of our re-roofing contract with Joyland Roofing (another A rated favorite), we will definitely use them again, independently, for future house upgrades as needed. From our first meeting, Mr. Martin equipped us with product and color samples, listened to our ideas, offered insightful recommendations, plus answered all questions without being rushed. During the course of the job, they even spent extra time and effort properly correcting/straightening sections of the fascia that apparently had been out of alignment since we built the house in 1995 causing unknown gutter issues to be resolved. This clearly showed their strive for quality and desire to do the job right, even down to cleaning up at the end of each day.....plus, bringing to our attention a damaged window screen that included an immediate offer to fix it in case it was damaged by them (but it wasn't), so just that outpouring of honesty confirmed their strong values. The work was completed in three full days as estimated, including the 4th of July holiday to stay on schedule for the gutter/spouting installation crew (Lancaster Seamless Gutters, also a highly qualified A rated company by us) slated to start the same day. We were especially impressed with the quality of equipment and tools used as well. Both Luke and partner, Jonathan were very polite, personable and highly professional. Their work ethics and workmanship is superior!!! In my opinion, the quality of work performed is of the highest level compared to (what I consider) today's industry standards whereas advertised "quality" vastly differs among businesses. And theirs equates to the true meaning of exceptional quality service and product. Without a doubt, Luke Martin Siding & Exteriors will exceed your expectations in every aspect of the work performed from start to finish! We highly recommend them :-)
