Always In Service

Yesterday morning I locked my keys inside of my car and had no way of unlocking the car. I looked in the verizon yellow book and found a add for harrisburg's preimer locksmith offering 24/7 emergency services. I call the company and requested to have someone come out and unlock my car. The receptionist stated someone would call me within 15 to 20 minutes to tell me when they would be arriving at my home. The receptioist also stated someone would be at my home within 35 to 40 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and no call was recieved. I call the ford dealership and got the number for road side assistance and got the service through another company. My call to always in service was at 7:33 AM and my call to the 2nd company was at 8:12 AM. I waited 40 minutes for the first company to call me. The 2nd company arrived at my home and unlocked my car. I left my home and recieved a call from always in service at 9:00AM. The locksmith was at my home. Following that call I recieved a call from always in service # 215-658-0406 telling me I had to pay them $39.99 because the technition had arrived at my home. They argued with me for 20 minutes until they got my credit card number and charged my account. After getting the correct name for this company via thier charge to my account I did a google search of always in service and found that they are under investigation by the PA attorney general. The also fraudulently display the better buisness bureas logo on their ads.
