The owner of the company came to do the work. We have been very happy with his service. His work was excellent. He was top notch. He came here and introduced himself and did everything that we asked him to. We have two cats and a dog and he was very good with them. He was very professional. He has good sense of humor. He was very affordable. I will use him again in the future.

On time, showed him what had to be done & where. Worked deligently until work was done.

This is a house that was built in the 60s, and they used to put the circuit breaker boxes in the most convenient place. We had it in our powder room on the first floor. Now the ordinances say that we cannot have it near water, so they were going to move the box for me and do some rewiring to make sure all the circuits were lined up. The problem I was having was that every time my wife ran the washing machine, the TV upstairs would lose its power. I was just trying to get all the circuits organized. It was a younger guy who came out, and he was very nice. He was punctual; he came when he said he was going to come. He did not lollygag around; he gave me the estimate and then left. He was knowledgeable and good at explaining what he could and could not do. I got a couple of different amounts because of whether or not I was going to change from 110 to 220; one estimate was for $1500 to keep it at 110, and it was about $2300 to upgrade to 220. I would consider them for an estimate again.

We call Sovereign Elecrical System, Seth Delp, to come out and install a ceiling fan in our living room. He called first to insure that we would be available at the time of installation. He measured and located the correct spot for the fan and enter the attic to begin installation. Within a couple hours the fan we had, it was given to us, was installed. The only problem was it was too big for the area, and it hung down too low. Seth informed us of the problem and we purchased a brand new ceiling hugger. We informed Seth as soon as we got the new fan, and he called early the next morning to see if he could replace the old fan with the one we purchased. He came out as promised and switched fans. Now everthing works and looks good.

Seth arrived when promised, installed all fixtures and did repairs as promised.
