He has solid communications and project management skills and his team is responsible and careful. Several months after the work, i can attest that the water problem continued to be remediated and looked like the team had finished up yesterday. [*** Link removed ***] Cost included some electrical work that needed resolution.

+ -1 moreBecause of these architectural details, there was just air underneath from the outside, and the corresponding inside location got very cold. Crawl Space pulled out the old, flimsy insulation and put in higher rated R insulation, layered with thick R-max insulation, then sealed with treated plywood and expanding foam. Prior to this job, they had encapsulated my entire crawl space and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. The company is very professional and responsive to customer needs. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always do a great job, even clean up. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.
Description of Work: This company insulated two overhanging structure portions of my home that protruded from the house about 2 feet.

+ -1 moreI think he is competent in what he does, he is honest and is there for you to answer any questions you have when you call. The price is right!
Description of Work: Mold in crawl space and treated it for mold and put in a de-humidifier. It also took care of some beams in the crawl space. Prior to that, he actually set up the whole crawl space including setting up the beams. He put in a vapor barrier.
