O'Bannon Roofing

We called over the holidays and didn’t expect a call back until after the holiday. They called a few days later and set up to come out New Year’s Eve day. We waited all day and they never showed. I called in the morning and they never answered. It went right to voice mail. We called Jan 2 around 3, thinking we would hear something. No response until an apology over a week later, asking if we still want work done. If you want someone’s business- you communicate! You answer your phone. You respond in a timely manner to phone calls. And you show up when you are supposed to. If you can’t make it, you give the customer, who is putting everything on hold for your visit, the respect to contact them to let them know you can’t make it out.

They were extremely professional. From the beginning to the end they were conscientious of everything around the yard. When they were finished you never knew they were here except for the new roof and sealent.

I had to call them and remind them that the coating needed to be done 4 years later even though they had said they would be in touch with me. I called back last year and they came and put on the coating and I paid for it. This past September, there was a leak in the roof and they came and fixed it. I filed a claim to repair the ceiling. I tried to get in touch with O’Bannon Roofing to come back and fix it. The insurance company found 3 problems. O’Bannon is refusing to address the problems at all and won’t return my calls.

New roof ... after a month it leaked around the skylight into the walls and below to LR and DR ceiling. a lot. I called. I called again. I called a third time. NO RESPONSE. I called a fourth time in great anger and left a scathing message to fix the blasted roof as it was ruining my paint inside the house. They came out, "found no problems." Fast-forward to now, a few months later. THE ROOF LEAKS. Do NOT use this 'family.' Ever.

I had a leak and called the company and workers were sent out to do an estimate, but I never received one. I have made several phone calls each time getting an answering machine and no return calls.. They did not perform any services. I am disappointed that no one ever got back to me in a phone call or in a written note. I have waited for over a week and now must look for a new company.

They did a good job, but they were very unresponsive.

THE O'BANNONS CALLED ME BACK THE DAY I CALLED THEM AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
