He showed up to scope out the project when he said he would, gave me an estimate when promised, and showed up with his crew to do the work exactly when promised. He finished ahead of schedule and left house clean each evening and when done. I'll be bringing him back soon to do the next phase of work.
Description of Work: Painted and repaired stairwells and ceilings. 2 and 1/2 days of work

 + 1 moreJake was very professional and friendly. What I really liked was he was on time and had everything he needed for the job. He didn't have to run back and forth to the store. Also as I watched everyone on his crew were excellent painters.

 + -1 moreI hired Jacob Vernell to paint the trim in my home, a house with an excessive amount of trim for its size. At my request, he came to take a look at the job before committing to a quote. All communication was prompt and courteous. He was kind to my neighbor, who experienced a break-in the day before. The work was completed as I requested, and he did a great job with some wood fill issues from a prior contractor's work. The fresh trim job makes my house look great. He used low-VOC paint, accepted my cat roaming around and helped me put the furniture back when the work was finished. All good!
