 + -1 moreMike is a very personal and friendly person. His shop is very close to my home which is why I chose it for my repair services. Also note that this is the 2nd time I have used Mike's services. My first repair was for 2 KitchenAid appliances that he indicated upfront might not be able to be repaire due to parts no longer available. I instructed him to proceed, if possible. After a couple of follow-up calls from Mike to me, Mike informed me that he was continuing to see if the parts could be obtained either from other sources and to allow him more to time to see if that might come to fruition. Unfortunately, he was not able to obtain the parts for either appliance. As for the steam cleaner repair, the information I typed in the repairs performed is the same.
Description of Work: On the afternoon of 12/2/11, I took my Bissell steam cleaner into Mike (Guzman Repair) and informed him that the brush or axle of the cleaner had broken. (note that I had already taken the cleaner apart to see if I could perform the repair myself-if it was just a belt replacement-but noticed the belt thread piece was broken). He quicklly indicated that the part was something he would most likely need to order and may take 3 days or so to get. Mike called me this afternoon and told me he had received the part and that the cleaner would be ready later this afternoon. I picked up the cleaner today and Mike showed me the parts that had to be replaced.

 + -1 moreMy KA stand mixer stopped working and I was heartbroken. I found Guzman listed as a KA authorized repair shop. I brought the mixer in and Mike called me the next day with an estimate (under $100) and a promise it would be fixed in a day. It was! I'm thrilled! I highly recommend......A+++
