Boone's Best Contracting

Work was done incorrectly. Any and all materials lowest grade. My home wad unsafe and unliveable.

May 2, I met with Ryan when he came to look at the porch and talk about what we wanted to do. A day or two later I received an email quote which my wife and I reviewed and decided we would hire him to do the work. There were some phone calls and emails to set up the date of the work and I was told that June 9 they would be there to do the work. I went home over lunch to see how things were going and no one was there. I called Ryan and he gave me excuses why no one was there and told me they would be there the next day. June 10 no one showed up again. Had contact with him again on the 10th and that was the last time. Never heard from him again. Hired another contractor who did the job quickly with zero issues.

He came and looked at the job said it would be 2 to 3 days and he would send the estimate but it never came. I called and he said oh yeah I'm working on it and it should be out tonight it never came. That was almost three weeks ago now.

Guy is literally a genius. Can do just about everything, except hvac. He had trouble with the fireplace, but turned out exc in the end. He even found someone to fix my tractor. Boone has a waiting list but he is well worth any wait.

Ryan came to my house, gave me a tentative estimate, had some one come to my house who was supposed to draw plans for kitchen remodel. Ryan call over a month later and apologized that the woman had not gotten back with plans. He said he would take plans some where else and get back to me. That was in July and I have never heard back from him.

Ryan fixed the leak in our roof and coated it as well. When it was still leaking (it's an old, old roof and house), he came back and went back up. He found what was most likely the problem and fixed that. He told us if there was any further problem to call him again. I knew it wasn't a matter of him doing the work, collecting the money, and disappearing as it is with so many contractors. He wasn't going anywhere until we were totally happy.

He went out of his way to make sure my plants were not damaged to much. Very courtious. His work ethic is great. Like i said we have a few projects to do around our home. He will be the first one we call.

I highly recommend this business to anyone. We will be hiring him/them again. A few words to describe him? Professional, caring, patient, trustworthy, likes what he does, no job too small, very clean and neat, and and quot;perfectionand quot; isn't good enough! My parents couldn't have had a better contractor work in their home.

Had a few set backs because of weather. Very fair and knowable. He did a great job.

They did excellent work. Because I lived out of town, he sent before, after, and daily progress photos. He was responsive when I had questions and cleaned up the site very effectively. The price was fair and well worth the money for the work they did. I will use Boone's Best for all future projects.

It took them two weeks, they were working in the home we lived in and I barely knew they were there. They were efficient, clean and I could trust them in my house unsupervised. They even came to us with better ideas and added extra outlets where it made sense to do so. I was what you expect from pros, but rarely ever get. One of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had with a remodel. Will definitely be using them again. The nursery looks amazing.

Very well the job was completed timely and everything was cleaned up when he was done.

I think that it may have been a fluke, but we had a very hard time getting a true date set for someone to do this job. The company came highly recommended, both from Angie's list and from a personal contact. After several estimated time frames came and went, I stayed in touch with the owner, Ryan Boone, to make sure that they were still able to do the job as winter was fast-approaching. Ryan is great and very responsive, but it would have been nice to not have to contact him over and over, and be unsure whether this would get done. In the end, it got done and we were pleased to check this project off of our list. Very reasonably priced!

Had them come by to give an estimate for a remodeling job which he did a few days later. The gentlemen seemed distracted and didn't write any notes. He gave a ball park price without really knowing what all I wanted done. I told them I needed a roof patched asap because every time it rains it comes in. He said he would do it next week. That week came and went so I called and they said they would let me know by the end of the weekend. I never heard anything and I never called back. Not the best experience but he did seem friendly at least.

We had two other contractors do work on our roof over the last couple of years to fix a leak we had without success. The day Ryan came to look at it and give us an estimate, he patched the spot that day. This job itself greatly improved our leak. He did not charge us to do so, although we gave him something anyway for his time and work. He scheduled a time to come back for the rest. He came back and thoroughly prepped the roof for the work to be done. Then he patched it and sealed it. Through several bad rain storms, we had no leak. A couple of months later, the roof developed a very small leak. We called Ryan. With no questions asked, he came back. He determined one of the patches had cracked (It is a very old house and a very old roof). He put an even heavier duty patch on it (Not sure of the exact names of things) without charging us another dime. Since then, we have had more rain (including a hurricane) with no water inside in sight. As he left, he told us if there are any more problems with us, call him again. He told us he will keep coming back until it is right. How relieved we are to finally have found someone trustworthy, dependable, and who truly stands behind his work. We will be calling him again in the future for any work we need. NO MORE SEARCHING!

I was very pleased with Boone's Best. And he was the best. I had 6 bids and he came out way ahead because of his professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, and excellent quality work. He was respectful of our home. I was very pleased when he left the yard clean after every work day. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and in his business and even in his family life. He definitely cares about his customer. He went the second mile. The awning over the kitchen window was dirty. He cleaned it and painted it. He pointed out carpenter ant activity on the sheathing in one spot and he addressed this. When he came to the home to give his evaluation of the problem, he took a great deal of time to look things over, in order to give a very good educated opinion. I could count on Boone's showing up everyday until the job got done. I was very pleased and I hope that someday Ryan Boone can have his own TV show sporting his many talents.

Working with Ryan Boone was a delight. He was both personable and professional. He has great design ideas and a wonderful work ethic. He is honest and trustworthy and the contractor you want working for you!

Ryan responded quickly to our email, and within a few days came out to give us a very reasonable project estimate. We were scheduled in timely manner, and the work started on schedule. Throughout the entire project, Ryan and his helpers were very professional, kept us apprised of progress/problems, and were very easy to work with. Clean up was very well done. We are very pleased with our roof! Ryan is very conscious of doing things the right way, not the quick way. Details matter. He is very knowledgeable, proud of his work, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We would definitely use him again.

I contacted Mr. Boone providing what work I needed done. He responded quickly and asked for my address and phone number and that he would contact me to "come check it out" . I responded with the information he requested. When I hadn't heard from him almost a week later, I emailed Mr. Boone again stating that I would like him to let me know if he is interested in the job because if not, I would like to move on to someone else. Since then, no response.

Ryan is talented and professional. He is a perfectionist, which is a wonderful quality in a contractor! Tme and again I was impressed by his skill, and dedication. He turned my bathroom into a spa-like retreat. His tile work is precise and beautifully done! Installed heated tile floor, heated towel bar with tile mosiac behind it. (His design and suggestion) Installed stand up shower, whirlpool tub (With custom tile work) pendant lights on a dimmer switch. I mentioned that I would like to reuse the solid wood door, and he came up a design and turned it into a sliding door to save space. Overall, he more than met my expectations. He was respectful, inventive and talented. Have already asked him for an estimate to install a heated tile floor in my kitchen. Now I just need to find a place to post pics so that I can show off my amazing bathroom!

Boone's did a great job. They came as promised. Worked hard and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The crew was very mannerly and respectful of property. The project was finished in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to use Boone's Best Contracting for future home repairs, additions, or alterations.

Ryan is a great guy. The roof is not replaced yet, but I'm already glad I know him :)

I'm happy with his work. His price was really good. He did what he said he'd do and more.

This contractor did not call as he said he would.

Ryan did a great job, all wiring was secured properly and to code. No issues or problems. Ryan showed up on time and completed the job on time, at the price quoted price.
