Doug predicted the issue with my freezer and confirmed once on site, ordered the part we needed and back to proper use all within a few days! He has helped me with a dishwasher too. Very reliable, professional, prompt and reasonable.

Doug has done work on my refrigerator and on my dryer. He has always done a fantastic job with fixing the problem in a timely manner. He does exceptional work. Thank you, Doug Julie.

My call to A-Budget for service was returned in a timely manner and Doug happened to be in the nearby area and was at my home in short order. I had an issue with my freezer leaking( frozen drain), and he was in and out in an hour, having addressed the problem. Doug was courteous, polite, professional and efficient in his work. I am appreciative of his willingness to be available for the repair as the leak could have damaged the lower level of my home.

My washing machine was moving around quite a bit during loads and I didn't know how to fix it. I had already put rubber disks under the feet to try to stop the movement. Doug came in and saw immediately that the unit wasn't level due to the floor not being level. He took out his level and proceeded to level the machine by adjusting the feet. I'm embarrassed that it was that easy to fix, but he didn't make me feel dumb at all. A very pleasant & courteous person who also loved on my dog, Lola.

Called for service & serviceman arrived 3 hrs. after call. Was told it would not be cost effective to repair dishwasher, only charged $50 service charge. Doug (serviceman) was very polite & professional. Next day as luck would have it, my refrigerator died & called company for help, Doug arrived 4 hrs. later & in ten minutes had refrigerator up & running. Was extremely pleased with the prompt response I received & the good & polite service they provide.

I first contacted four repair services on a Saturday from Angie's List, A-Budget was the only provider listing Saturday hours & they were the only company to return my call. Doug said he was booked for the day but could be there Sunday morning at 11am. He got there about 11:20 (close enough) & initially thought the problem was a bad evaporator fan in the freezer part of the refrigerator. He replaced the fan but it still didn't work. He then went to the timer & tested for power but there was none. He eventually replaced the timer & it worked. He asked me if I wanted him to put the old fan back in since it wasn't the problem but I said no because it was an older refrigerator & it might break down the road anyway. The pricing was reasonable for everything but the fan motor that didn't need to actually be replaced. I thought Doug would work with me on the fan motor cost since I saved him the aggravation of removing the new one & replacing it with the old one but he charged me full blown retail of $65 for a $10 shaded pole fan motor. I know the cost of these motors since I buy them by the thousands in my job. He did however give me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member so all is well. As of this writing I am assuming the refrigerator is working correctly since this is a second home & I had to leave as soon as he was done to drive back to my main home. I hope it is working when I return.

Called to have a service man come out. He came a few hours later. Diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and ordered the part. About 4 days later he came to install the piece. It took him less than half an hour to install the replacement part. The bill states the part was $56.80. Our total bill was $187.40.

We live in a remote rural area. Our serviceman Doug Cieprella drove an hour to get here. He had replacement part on is truck and completed the repair on 7/3/
