Description of Work: Master bathroom renovation to repair a leaking shower, where the tile shower, subfloor,and tile surrounding the tub were replaced. Initial ballpark estimate to replace the shower and the entire bathroom's tile floor and under-floor heating system was approx $7k. They ended up only tearing out the structure of the shower and replacing the sub-floor beneath it, not the entire bathroom floor with heating system, and the final tally was $2k higher than estimate. Also, it took 4 months to complete. The workers were professional when they were there, and always used drop cloths on the carpeting through the hall and bedroom. The tile subcontractor did an excellent job (Kevin Gemberling of Precision Tile). The overall quality of the job was good. If I were to use this contractor again, I would insist on a written estimate with time guarantees and discounts for tardy work.

Description of Work: He replaced 3 existing decks that had pressure treated lumber with trex decking,replaced the all railings so that everything matches and he built a 12x12 pavilion with a ceiling fan.

Description of Work: He put a deck on the back of my unit for me and did some painting at my rental unit for me.
