Nick was a lifesaver! I contacted him in the early morning... sorry Nick. We set up a time to come to my house and he went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and promptly did all of the work and explained everything. He's a true gentleman and a number I recommend calling.

Nick went above and beyond my expectations. Answered right away, came out in the middle of the day, gave me a quote within minutes, and got right to work. Before I knew it I had a new well pump and pressure tank installed and had running water again, with better water pressure now too! Not to mention the price was excellent. Super friendly and professional. Very neat and clean, not a single piece of debris was left behind. He also emailed me a receipt with warranty info for my records before he even left. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely recommend United well and pump.

I received a call back in less than 30 minutes of placing the repair request. Technicians arrived at my home within a hour of ending the call. The service was exemplary.

He was great. A very nice guy. He came right out and fixed my problem.

Had issues with my well pump this morning. Requested quotes through HomeAdvisor. Nick called within 5 minutes. Prior to arriving I was able to correct the issue on my own. When I called Nick back I said I had it working. He stated he was only 10 minutes away so he would swing by and do a once over of the system. I offered to pay for the service call since he traveled out to the middle of nowhere since I’m off the beaten path. He said no worry. He arrived checked everything out and then proceeded to help me install a new water heater. At the end of the install he, in my opinion, undercharged me (less than what a service call would be!) He’s got a customer for life. It’s so rare to find such great and professional service.

Besides repairing the water pump after being able to asses the issue quickly he also gave us valuable advice concerning the well maintenance in a very patient manner . Wonderful company. Came out right away(on a sunday) great prices no fees for weekend or emergency. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great overall experience, will definitely be the only well company we will use from now on.
