Description of Work: The price of concrete work is very high, so this cost was not out of line. We had to replace concrete steps that were pushing into our foundation and compromising the structure of our house. Brian explained everything carefully and offered us a number of options. We went with the most expensive and expect that we will have no future problems.

Description of Work: Fixed a damaged underground pipe which takes water from my front downspouts to the rear of the home and joins with rear pipeline which also discharges downspout. Also installed a pipeline from bottom of an egress window to a sump pump in the basement of the home. Remodeler who installed egress window damaged underground pipeline which moved rainwater from front downspouts when he installed the egress window which would fill up with water during heavy rainfall and flood the basement. Pipeline from bottom of egress window and sump pump were installed as a backup measure in case of failure of underground pipeline. New pipeline has worked flawlessly since being repaired and replaced with a wider, beefier, PVC pipeline. They also installed a larger, wider pipeline in rear of home to discharge downspout runoff down a bank and into an alley behind the home.

Description of Work: The did exactly what they promised to do. Very satisfied

Description of Work: Cut octagonal opening through 8 inch foundation, provided 24 inch window, installed, sealed and trimmed outside only as agreed. Rough work only. Inside finishing not part of the job estimate.

Description of Work: Repaired steps, patched cracks, replaced partial outside wall.
