Poured concrete sidewalks around an in-ground pool, In addition, poured a concrete pad for a back-up generator and a pad for heating/air conditioning unit. The quality of the work is excellent. I will be using them again in the spring to install a concrete pad for a shed. Very professional. Double checked the areas and received my approval before continuing. Photographed the marked locations as well.

I left a message with the request for an estimate to replace twenty five feet of concrete walk and twenty five feet of adjacent curbing. They never replied, and I had a small local contractor satisfactorily perform the job. I was disappointed because the excellent rating on Angie's List made them my first choice.

We are extremely happy with our entire experience with Lifetime Concrete. From the first contact through the replacement of our walkway, the process has been seamless and as smooth as can be. Their quote price was the best, and the final billing was exactly that amount. They showed up on time and were extremely thorough in providing information from the quote, to dealing with the city, when they would be there, what they would need (electrical outlet, hose hook up) and when they would finish everything. The final product of their work was excellent and looks better than what I could have expected. The gentlemen workers who performed the work were friendly and professional. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished with their work. I would absolutely recommend Lifetime Concrete and I will most definitely use them for future jobs.

Initially met with the owner, Brian LaCoe, to discuss the scope of the project and get a quote. Liked his professionalism and price, so we agreed to proceed with the project when the weather got better in the spring. On day one, they discovered that the job scope would have to increase because of finding inadequate footers under the old porch slab. Brian and his employees handled everything to get the problems resolved; meeting with the township building inspector, revising plans, and executing the additional work. Although it was the project from h*** (now we know why contracts exclude unforeseen issues!), we were very glad to have Lifetime Concrete working the job, because of their professionalism, expertise and great work ethic. They truly want the customer to be satisfied and want their concrete to last a Lifetime.
Description of Work: Rebuilt front porch to our home & replaced walkway between our driveway & the new porch. Scope of job increased significantly when it was discovered that the porch footers were inadequate and not meeting current building codes.

The gentlemen took great pride in his work. He was here on time and was here all day working on this project. He did a great job. The other provider that I called in my area told me it would take two weeks to give me an estimate and he also wouldn't be able to come out and do the work till July. Lifetime came out the next day and gave me an estimate and also told me he would be out in two weeks to do the job. Lifetime's estimate was also much lower then the other provider. I would highly recommend them. They were here when they said they would be cleaned up everything and were highly knowledgable.
Description of Work: They had to take a piece of concrete out by the porch and pour a new one. It was approximately 3x3. He poured two full steps plus a lot of other patch work.

Last fall they replaced and aging sidewalk the was beginning to crack. The job was done their usually attention to detail. The owner, Brian, oversees every job. The big job in the fall of 2008 included a new double width sidewalk in front of the house, enlarging a rear patio and sidewalk and replacing a garage apron. The rear patio, sidewalk, and garage apron were fitted with radiant heat system for snow and ice melting in the winter. That works fantastic. Lifetime did the excavation, framing, rebar, and installing of the PEX tubing for the radiant heat system. The patio is "stamped concrete" so it looks more like slate then concrete. Their workmanship and attention to detail is the best.
Description of Work: Lifetime concrete has done several sidewalks, a stamped concrete patio, and a garage apron for me. The biggest job included a front sidewalk, larger patio, and garage apron that was done in October of 2008. They replace a sidewalk last fall on onside of the house and I just contracted with them to do one on the other side. Brian the owner is the best and will work along with his men. Since the first job in the fall of 2008, we have spent probably $30,0000.00 with Lifetime Concrete. They are the best, no one does it better.

These guys are really great! I needed a sidewalk put in fast. I had an appointment with a new important client within a week (I work from home) but I did not have a walkway to my front door at all. I called several places on Angies list, but I got alot of voicemails. I didnt have time to play phone tag. I called Lifetime Concrete and Brian answered, I told him "I need a new walkway by next Tuesday"...he said "We can do that for you". Within a few hours, he was out my house, he looked at the area, and calculated a price right in front of me. I thought it was a little high, but I have no basis for comparison. In the end, the job was well worth the price. They took care of all the permits and dig requests. Two days later his crew showed up and dug and poured my walkway in a single day (About 50' long). His crew were very nice and professional as well. I work from home, and have a 1st floor office, I observed them being diligent and thorough in their work. The quality of the concrete work is top notch...these guys obviously care about their workmanship. Then they took the backfilled earth and made a nice graded transition from the yard to the somewhat elevated walkway. I saw one of the guys on his hands and knees, smoothing out the dirt with his hands with such care, It looked like he was icing a cake. Attention to detail people! They also seeded that dirt and layed straw on top. A few weeks later, the grass is growing thick and green. Brian also called me and offered to put in new mulch around the front of the house, because he knew I had that client coming. For a few bucks more, I was very appreciative, because it made a huge difference in the look of the house. I really want to thank Brian and Lifetime concrete for caring about my needs, and doing the work quickly. As far as Im concerned, I'll never look for another concrete company.
Description of Work: The owner, Brian, came promtly and laid out the path for my new sidewalk. The next day his crew came and poured it. They also graded dirt away from the new walkway, and put in new mulch on the other side by my house.

Work was done on time, polite and courteous workers. Took most of the day, but was well worth it. Would reccomend them highly.
Description of Work: Front stoop and stairs were broken, pulled away from house, water was coming into the basement from this and it had sunk. All the concrete was removed and a new 2 step stair plus full front stoop was poured. The work was well done, totally reinforced with rebar, and new base was also put in. Old sidewalk to driveway had heaved up, was removed, and soil with grass seed replaced this. . Looks great.

The service went very well. The estimator and installation staff were very knowledgeable, punctual, and pleasant.
Description of Work: We had a a square of sidewalk replaced and our entryway/porch/stab done. The sidewalk was pretty straight forward, however the porch was more involved. The porch had been covered in slate that was crumbling and under that is part of our home's foundation. They needed to removed the porch support, jack up the overhead porch, carefully remove the slate (some of which was still well secured) then pour a new porch/slab., and return later to reinstall the porch support. The slate had been cut in such a way that it created a curved line similar to a piano. They were able to pour the concrete to follow that same line.

Overall the work was satisfactory. I had nine footers excavated and poured to extend a deck that I had myself started last year. Last year I dug and poured my own footers but found the work hard going. Consequently I contraced the work out for "phase 2" of my project. The footers poured by the contractor were not positioned exactly where required - but close enough not to be a major issue. Also a couple were not plumb being about 5 degrees off vertical. Since the footers--are for the most part--buried below grade this also was not a major problem. Its just that they were not as accuratelly positioned and plumb as my own work from the previous year - but a lot easier on my back!

This was a big endeavor for them to do, but they did it perfectly. Our walkways look nice and we are very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: We had a straight concrete walkway that was too close to the house, so they dug it up and extended it about a foot from the outside wall of the house. They then split the walkway as it goes out to the driveway, and shifted it over into a "Y", creating the other half of the "Y" so that one part goes to the house and the other to the driveway. The entire job took about three days or so to complete, and all waste was taken away by them.
