Sure Seal did a very good. Very happy with the work. They cleaned up well after they were done. Already received compliments on the driveway.

I made several inquiries looking for a company to extend my driveway. One guy quoted me a price sight unseen over the phone. SureSeal examined the area at my home that I had lined out for the extension, provided me with a written quote, detailing the work to be done, and also came out to meet me ahead of time and talk about the work and answer any questions I had. The quotes I received from 4 companies were all very close within $100. I am very happy with the work SureSeal did. They arrived early in the morning and completed the entire driveway extension in one day. They have all the professional equipment and trucks needed for the job, and the foreman did a great job of managing the team and the process. There is a nice straight seam where the existing driveway and extension meet which was sealed so that it is hardly noticeable. They cleaned up the grass area and existing driveway area as they worked. Looks like the extension has been there all along. When Spring arrives I will contact them to have the entire driveway area seal coated. I would definitely recommend them for any type of asphalt work.

Awesome! They were on time. They explained the aftercare process and follow up. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgable about the process. They explained the estimate in details, were flexible with scheduling and the driveway is gorgeous!

Overall good work. Was disappointed that I had to move vehicles off driveway 3 times as service had to be changed several times.

Very happy with the results. They were a bit higher cost than other estimates I received but their communication was infinitely better than other companies I tried to hire for the same job. Arrived on time and got the whole job done in one day.

I liked the quality of their work. They really did a nice job. They were very professional and very prompt with their quote. They confirmed a date and called ahead of time to verify that they were coming the next day at such and such a time. They were prompt and hit their time window. They were a little more expensive than others that I had but the quality of the work was well work it. They did a marvelous job on the driveway and I was very pleased with it. They were a little more pricey but not horrendously. They were $50 more but I definitely felt the quality was worth it. I would definitely use them again.

The driveway looked better before they sealed it in my opinion. It now shows discoloration and the cracks are filled in but they are still about 1/4and quot; deep.

I had a bunch of ice in my driveway. So I had them come out with a crew of about 6 to clear it. After they left, I couldn't get my car up the driveway. I don't feel that I got my money's worth.

They showed up on time and took the time needed to seal the cracks and wait a bit before coating the the driveway. It looks great and we will definitely be calling on them again.

Sure Seal stands behind their product and believes in customer satisfaction. We had the driveway sealed one year ago and there were a few issues after that. Jeff came out to look it over last month, spoke to his boss, and the company agreed to resurface it for free! It was done yesterday and looks absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Sure Seal!

Neighbors were resealing their drive and received an excellent price for the job. It was being scheduled for the following week and i had hoped to be able to get my drive done at the same time. I called and tried to explain to the receptionist that a neighbor (i didnt know last name since they are new but knew address) was having their driveway done and i was wondering if they wanted to do my drive at the same time. This was a difficult task. I was unable to achieve this but i did ask for an estimate. They were prompt and courteous during this process and i felt they were competent and professional. The price was higher than other estimates and since their reviews here are not stellar, i explained that i wanted to wait to see how my neighbors job turned out. As soon as they completed the neighbors job, the phone calls started. I let them leave a message since i was busy but had planned on returning their call. In a few days, they called again and left another message. I did not return their call. They continued call once a week, once every other week or whenever the saleman felt like it. I blocked their number and today the saleman called me from another number. I made it clear to him that he has called way too many times and that if a customer was interested in using their services, then a customer would return their call. I was told that i should have called them back and let them know. LOL too funny If they are that desperate for work...... i would not use them

Initial quote was very detailed, made noted to ramp the driveway so that water wouldn't flow into the garage. Cleared that grass around the crumble edges of driveway. 8months later, still looks good!

They didn't put a small ramp back in at one of the sidewalks so a wheel chair could go up it. They wanted $1000 to replace it. I paid another contractor a few hundred dollars. An excessive amount of water sits in front of the garage. They dumped the extra asphalt in two of my rock gardens, their were 8 inch round holes developing on the driveway. It took weeks to get them to come to look at the problems developing and the result was usually how it wasn't their problem or their fault. Their only solution was for me to have them seal it earlier than they usually do and what they don't tell you when doing the job is that it will need to be sealed and that is an additional charge of $800. Plus they wanted $300 to put the 2 10 foot lines back for the parking spaces. At first when I thought they were being good guys I asked for estimates on fixing the ramp problem, the drain problem where the water was going in front of the garage and an inside drain problem and snow plowing in the winter. Their prices were so high I decided to get a second estimate which turned out to fix all of the issues for the cost of just one of the jobs they were going to do if I had hired them for the repair of what they had created! The driveway has slowly begun to have areas that crumble over the 1.5 years since it was installed. There are about 6 spots that have small holes from what they claim are cars standing still when turning. The original job was done and quot;for a businessand quot; with 6-8 cars 4 days a week. They were well aware of this. They claim it is heavy traffic and cars standing still when turning the wheels. They aren't willing to fix the problems due to claims that problems voided the warrantee. It turns out in order to not void the warrantee I would have had to have no business for a year since the holes continue to appear. I am 1.5 years into it and the driveway keeps crumbling. They are very slow to come, take pictures and then blame me for all the issues from one end to the other focusing on those 6 spots that are in one area, not where the majority of the deterioration actually is. There warrantee is worthless. The only thing they would have had to do to resolve the issue was to re-seal it. They are not willing to do it. I am having to hire another company to re-seal it properly. It is now three years after the driveway was re-paved. I again called them because it was not just crumbling, now there are big breaks in the surfaces. Since they weren't interested in making it better when it was under warrantee i wasn't surprised when they said, and quot;Sorry it is out of warrantee, if you want us to come out and look at it there will be a charge. What is worse they knew I was a senior citizen and had no difficulty taking advantage of me.

This company kept trying to sell me on a brand new driveway for $3000.00. I had alligator cracks in my driveway and they told me that these would still show up after they coat the driveway. They used a hot crack gun to repair some of the cracks but did not even try to repair the alligator cracks. They just top coated over the alligator cracks. After paying for the driveway repair and sealant the paperwork showed that they do not cover or warranty allegator cracks. They told me during the estimate that they would repair the cracks in the driveway. They never said that they would not repair the alligator cracks. By them not repairing the alligator cracks this will continue get worse over the winter and then next spring I will be forced into purchasing a new driveway for $3000.00. My father ended up buying an alligator crack repair solution for $80.00 on line and this finally repaired the alligator cracks in my drive. I don't know why Sure Seal LLC could not repair this as they initially said that they would.

We have a very long driveway. I requested quotes from three providers. The Sureseal Rep, Jeff, was here within 48 hours and provided a quote slightly higher than the others. We chose this company because they do not spray the coating -- they brush it on. They also treat the cracks several days before sealing the drive. I believe they provided a better quality job. The hardest part was scheduling. Our schedule and theirs didn't mesh, but within a few weeks the job was done and done well. Their three men were here on time, were very thorough and neat. I will definately use them again in the future!

After the driveway was coated, it started to break away. The coating was not sufficient and wore away in a few months. They indicated that there was a one year warranty, but when they came out they did not fix it because they did not feel that it was necessary since only a small area needed redone. They did not want to do it even though it was in their warranty.

The workers cleaned the drive, then sealed any cracks with a black type of caulk, and finally applied the sealer. Nice, professional workers arrived on time and answered any questions I asked.

Requested a quote to have driveway sealed. I had the quote within 24 hours and asked to be put on the schedule to have the work done.The work was scheduled to be done as soon as possible. Three men arrived on the scheduled day. They performed all of the services listed on the quote. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in just under an hour. This is my second time using this company and I am happy with the service and price on both occasions.

Everything went well. They were on time and courteous. I would use Sureseal again and recommend them to other Angie's List members.

They do a fantastic job. I have a really long driveway, it's about a quarter of a mile. Whenever there was snow on the ground they would come move it, and they did it right. They were always there when it was time for me to go to work. They would also call back to see if it was ok and if they needed to come back. When they re-did the driveway it was very professional and well done. They came on time and were very professional and courteous crew.

I THINK THAT THE ORIGINAL WORK WAS DONE IN OCTOBER '04 AND CAN GO BACK AND CHECK IF NECESSARY. ON 11-18-04 NICOLE AT SURESEAL TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE WORK--THIS CAME UP SINCE THE SEALANT IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO WASH AWAY. THIS WAS A VERBAL WARRANTY BUT I NOTED IT. IN DECEMBER I GOT A LETTER SAYING THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT IN THE SPRING AND COMPLETE THE RE-SEAL. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE OUT IN JUNE OR JULY TO RE-DO THE JOB. THE DRIVEWAY BEGAN TO WASH AWAY AGAIN AND I WAS BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM ON THE PHONE FOR A FEW WEEKS. THEY THEN OFFERED ME A BRUSH AND CAN OF SEALANT, WHICH I REFUSED. THEY SENT A MAN WITH A CAN AND PAINTBRUSH AND HE SAID THAT WOULD NOT BE ADEQUATE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT DID SOME PATCHING. I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER SAID THAT MY DRIVEWAY WAS BAD AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME $300 CREDIT TOWARD A NEW DRIVEWAY. I DECLINED AND HAVE NOW LEFT 2-3 MESSAGES THAT WERE NOT RETURNED IN THE PAST MONTH.

THE EDGING AND OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE DRIVEWAY LOOKED GOOD, BUT A FEW CRACKS BEGAN TO RE-SURFACE TWO DAYS AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. THE COMPANY PROVIDED A PROMPT AND ACCURATE ESTIMATE, AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED JOB QUICKLY. THE JOB WAS WELL-DONE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE DRIVEWAY STILL LOOKS GOOD AFTER A FEW MONTHS. THE CRACK DID NOT RESURFACE.

TOOK ABOUT A MONTH TO GET THEM TO COME OUT. WORK WAS NEAT, ALTHOUGH A FEW CRACKS REAPPEARED. PERSON WHO THEY SENT OUT WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
