Description of Work: Did an excellent job. Most importantly he returned my call, set up an appointment for an estimate, arranged a time to do the job. Arrived promptly, |(had to come a day later because of the weather), did the job in a timely, efficient manner, and cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with Mr. Battle and his company.

Description of Work: Excellent experience at reasonable price. Provider responded quickly to our request for a quote, and as soon as we agreed to the contract price, he undertook the task of rehabbing a decorative cherry willow tree in our front garden that had fallen into bad times and worse appearance, and tending to a maple tree in our back yard that was in desperate need of trimming. As he indicated to us in advance, the cherry willow did spring back to apparent good health within weeks, and the maple tree was greatly improved by trimming as well. Excellent clean-up afterward. Highly recommend this provider.

 + -1 moreContractor did not complete the job according to agreement. He was supposed to drop and cut up a 100ft plus tree and I was to remove the cut pieces myself. He did not cut the tree up and left it laying on my neighbors property. When we brought it to his attention he denied this and refused to come and inspect the situation. I was a customer of his for over 10 years and thought he would handle this better. He was also rude and insulting and hung up on me.
Description of Work: Cut down trees and removed stump.

Would highly recommend Jim Battle tree service. My phone call was promptly returned asking for an estimate, and the work was done on time, with the exact price quoted for the job.
Description of Work: Trimmed two maple trees out front and an ornamental tree in the back yard. Cleaned up the property to look like no work was done. Very professional, hard working crew. Will never call any one else to trim the trees

Description of Work: Freak storm took down 2- 80 foot pine trees in our back yard. I called Jim and he was at our house within an hour, arranged with a neighbor to use their driveway to gain access, as we have no street access. The crew was at our home the very next day and within two days the trees were cut,cleaned up and hauled away. Fantastic company!

 + -1 moreExcellent. We had a tree behind the fence on our property that was leaning as a result of Hurricane Sandy, ready to fall over onto our fence into our yard. We called Jim and he was there within 48 hours to cut it down which prevented damage to our fence. Workers are polite, efficient and overall this co. is wonderful to do business with.
