Herb honored a two year old estimate, committed to a start time, showed up when he said he would and did and excellent job, went beyond the scope of work as he discovered problems.

Present the Contractor with the detail specification of the job. Listen/change according to his suggestions. He shall give you total price and approximate a starting and finishing date. Stick to the original spec - any deviation will be costly.
Description of Work: Removal of the cap Blue Stone from the retaining wall beneath the porch.Cut and replace some damaged stones. Repair all the cracks. Reset the stones to the layer of the waterproofed mortar. Epoxy - paint all the wall on second visit.
