ROLAND PLUMBING HEATING & AIR

We changed all countertops in our kitchen and replaced the sink. When replacing the sink we changed the faucet and garbage disposal since they were the orginals from the house. I was in constant contact with Mr. Roland and he could not have been more pleasant. He came to our home at the exact time promised and performed the work and cleaned up after as well. He was kind enough to explain everything to me and even went over the warranty process in case their were any issues with the new disposal he installed. I would defintely hire him again for any future projects. He was the ultimate professional during the entire process. he came to my house to give let me know what I needed, as well.

We were from Ohio and closing a relatives home. I relied on finding someone to fix the problem by going to Angie's list. I was glad I could find out of town services since I was an Ohio member. They came that day, was great and smart! Thanks

Roland came out and looked at the vent, went down to the heater and noticed the power tripped on it. After fixing the tripped breaker he was able to diagnose and visibly see the heater fan was completely fried! He ran out immediately got the new fan, was back in under and hour to finish the job. Roland is so fast to ensure you are not paying for something you don't need. I asked about if it is time to get a new heater, and he said believe me this heater is on it's last legs, however the new fan will fix the problem and therefore it allows me the time for the expense of a new heater in our future. Roland is definitely one of those guys you don't have to worry about how much he is going to charge, because he is so fair…it's incredible to find someone with such great character.

No water pressure in the house, called a few different plumbers and Roland's was the one we went with.Our neighbor also used them for a similar problem. They came out, found the problem right away and got it fixed the same day. They even had to find the right pump and still got it done the same day.What a relief to find a plumber that got the job done right the first time and didn't cost an arm & a leg!
