Garrety Glass, Inc.

This was our second experience with Garrety Glass. They also installed our shower doors. From start to finish, everything was first rate. Great customer service, James and Kyle were professional and courteous installers, quality products and competitive pricing.

They are professionals at what they do.

I had them install a glass sliding door. And not long after they installed it started to leak. I called them to tell them about it, and they basically told me that is not their fault. They did a very poor job of caulking around the door. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I also heard from other people that they also had a bad experience with them.

Great staff! Would recommend them to others. Work done in a timely fashion. Shout out to Ginger, Dan, James and Kyle. Wonderful team.

Have not received the repaired/new screens yet but based on rapid response of the staff along with the professional courtesy and knowledge of their tech who came to my home, I've no doubt the workmanship will be exceptional. What a pleasure to do business with Garrety!

Great Product! Installation crew was right on time and went right work. The was done right and on time. Jordan was great to work with. Colt, Scott, Kyle, and James did a great job on the install.

Colt and Mike were polite and respectful. This project was the installation of a roof over an existing deck. It was evident to me from the onset that these guys knew exactly what they were doing. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Overall, very satisfied with the job. They installed new screening in our patio door. The work was completed a week before the original estimate, the price was fair, and the workmanship was great. However, it would be nice if the company would take an extra few minutes and clean the door frame. Apparently that service isn't included in the price, but most people would probably pay a few dollars extra to have the frame wiped down so they could just re-install the door. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't (and don't) turn a completed project over to the customer that he or she would then have to do additional work on. But this issue wouldn't prevent me from recommending the company.

We have had 3 very positive experiences with Garrety Glass during the past 3 months which included windows replacement, bathroom mirrors replacement, and enclosure of our 30 year old screen porch. The porch enclosure project, from the design advice provided by Jordan and the planning assistance offered by Corey, was performed in an efficient and professional manner by Alika, Zack and Josh who were courteous and respectful to us, displayed a good work ethic, and took obvious pride in their work. Any issues that developed during each of the 3 projects were quickly addressed.

It was a good experience. They got too the best cheap price! Great work and very satisfied!

They followed up on their reputation of providing excellent service in building our 12 by 14 Sun-room! It made our near retirement living addition the best present we could have ever thought of having. Alika, Colt, and Cory did a fantastic job putting the room together and addressed any complaints or questions we had in mind.

Horrible to work with and not honest, doesn't specialize in windows did horrible job, dissatisfied completely. Refuse to return repair incomplete work.

The crew of Colin,Jerry, and Dane ( hope there names are correct) did a great job of installing the windows. They treated our house like it was theirs. Clean when cleaning up both inside and out .
