We just had a roof installed over our deck. I can't say enough about how positive the entire experience was, from estimating to completion. Kyle, Kyle and Ryan were very professional and willing to answer any questions we had during the entire 4 days it took them to complete the job. They kept us in the loop and consulted us during the whole process. We felt they went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

Garrety Glass repaired a window with a broken seal that another glass company said could not be fixed. We were very happy with their work, attention to detail, and customer service. We will definitely hire them again for future needs!

Garrety Glass installed my 976 Sq. Ft. Deck shade. They sent plenty of people to get it right. Its a beauty and its retractable. I highly recommend this for hot deck issues. Now my grandsons can get to the pool without burning their feet. Thanks to Alika, Dalton and their crews for installing this during a Maryland heat wave. I don't know how they did it.

I used Garrety Glass to manufacture and install shower doors in two renovated bathrooms. I could not be happier with their work. Not only did they measure once for a very complicated system, they measured a second time on a different day. I was quite impressed that that they wanted installation to go smooth and it was. Andy and Mike were top notch technicians, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Going forward, this is the only glass company I will use. New to the Baltimore region, this may not be a name you are familiar with, but trust me, you will be extremely happy with their work.

My experience with Garrety for our 4 seasons room was smooth and exceptional. From our initial meeting with Jordan, our sales rep. To Kyle, Ryan, Michah, Josiah, & Maleok. They stayed on schedule. Communication remained open. Jordan was responsive and worked to find a solution to our specific desired look. Kyle answered my many questions during construction and kept me informed of progress and next steps. The materials and workmanship is quality (a rarity today) and we're getting so many compliments. Drew and Andy installed our new glass shower door. No mess/No fuss! everything was done very professionally and quickly. Their appointment time was 12:30pm and they arrived right on time. After installation, they went over everything and answered questions as we inspected the work. While they were here, they also replaced a patio door screed and a window screen. The cost for the two jobs was well under our budgeted amount. We are very pleased with Garrety Glass - Better Living Sunrooms and specifically with Drew and Andy.

From start to finish it was a great experience. We couldn’t be happier with our Windows and patio doors.

We just had a roof mount retractable awning installed by Garrety Glass. Jordan, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the product and he was very accommodating when we decided to change a feature on the order after it had already been placed. It did take quite a while from the date of the order until actual installation but we understood that it was a result of COVID restricted production issues and then the weather. The office staff kept us advised of the progress of the order as well as the installation scheduling with excellent follow up. Kyle and Colt were very professional and competent with the installation. They even made a follow up visit to make sure that the awning installation met our expectations. We would highly recommend Garrety Glass for similar projects

We had a 4 season room built by Garrety Glass in Duncannon, PA. I first spoke to Ginger setting up an appt with Dan Gingrich, design consultant. She was very polite, courteous and professional. Dan came and went over a design plan that we liked, no pressure in starting this project, left giving us time to think it over and consult with other companies. We found them to be the most reasonable of all of them. We scheduled to go ahead with the project and Wes Glatfelter, supervisor, followed up with Dan, and in no time a date was set up to start the project in approx. 3 months, started a week earlier. Every phase of the project was scheduled in advance from tearing down the old deck to finishing up with the sunroom. No hassles, the installers were always on time, courteous, efficient, and worked with us on finishing the trim on the outside like we would like. Since it was winter time, it was amazing how clean the work area was since they had a muddy area to work in most of the time from rain to snow, nice work by Andy and crew. Rain and snow did not slow them down, they had a schedule. We love our new room, no leaks, very professionally done and feel very satisfied with their work ethics. I would recommend them to any friends and family.

Installers were very courteous, laid cloth down over their work areas and traffic areas, and vacuumed up when finished. They went above and beyond my expectations.

We were debating whether to build a three or four season sunroom. After discussing how we wanted to use the sunroom with our salesman Jeff, we opted for the four season. We are so glad we did. Itâ s now winter and we can sit in our new room and watch the snow fall in comfort. It is our favorite room in our house. The crew working on our project were professional and friendly and had excellent suggestions for us along the way (thanks Mike and Kyle). We couldnâ t be more satisfied with our new room. It has exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Garrett Glass if you are looking to add a sunroom.
