i hired them as a subcontractor to replace the septic tank. They showed up when they said, finished when they said they would, and the bill exactly matched the quote. The work passed inspection. As a General Contractor, I couldn't ask for more..! I would definitely use them again!

Gene (Shorty) Deller provided an estimate of some $3800. He provided details of how he would break up the bottom of the pool, remove the vinyl and galvanized metal liners for recycling, break up the surrounding concrete, mix it with fill and compact the area well so settling should be minimal. They would then top it off with 8 inches of topsoil. They did the job exactly as proposed. We discussed the possibility that the trucks would break the sewer line running from the house to the septic tank; the old, substandard line did in fact get smashed, but they dug it up and repaired the line within hours at no extra cost. Shorty and the backhoe operator, Wesley, were both competent, helpful and just plain nice people.

Mr Deller was professional and honest. He shared ideas and concerns, and worked as a partner with me to tackle some sticky problems. The demolished a silo and an old barn foundation, sourced a buyer for the field stone, contacted the gas company to determine resolution to concerns with gas line placement, performed perc and probe test, moved logs, rlocated a bush, filled a hole in my yard, and relocated my driveway.
