Called at 3:00 on a Thursday after noon with pump for well not working. Person answered phone, said they had a long day and I should find someone else to help me and abruptly hung up. When I called back to ask if they could suggest someone else or perhaps service me the next day they did not answer the phone.

I had low water pressure, and called Hank at Marsh Electro-Mechanical to look at my well pump and well-x-tron. He came the next day. He arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection; 45 minutes, and gave me a repair estimate. I did not realize that I would have to pay for the estimate but I paid $85. He said he could perform the well work the following week. My landlord decided to use a different plumber who came the next day, so I did not utilize Hank's services. Overall, however, I was pleased with Hank's knowledge and promptness, not pleased that I was charged for the estimate. But time is money, and I understand why he charged me.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate to troubleshoot a low water pressure problem, well-x-tron and well pump.
