According to the employees of this company we were the first ones scheduled on the September calendar. The week before they were to come and install the flooring they called and informed us that another customer had finally made up her mind what she wanted so they would have to bump us a week in order to get her stuff done. We said absolutely not. Instead of coming when scheduled they came that Saturday which was no problem for us. It turned out to be a problem when we observed how much of a hurry they were in and didn't take the time to fix I.e. nails showing, installing all the flooring tightly, large gaps where the flooring met the kitchen cabinets. So I called the owner the following week to discuss it with him. He thought I was calling about the problem with the tile, which I had already had taken care of. He was very very rude to me, yelling about the tile problem. When I could get a word in I told him I was calling about the hardwood flooring. Then he started yelling again telling me that they had done nothing wrong. My last word with him was that I wanted it fixed that he would have to come up himself. He said he would have to put it on his schedule. A day or so later he called me back and said he and his brother would be up. They did and we pointed out the problems. They said they would be back to fix it. They came back and did fix under the kitchen cabinets and a few nails that were showing. There are more nails showing that we are going to have to fix and we still have small gaps in the flooring. We will never do business with these people again. It seems if they have a bigger job to go to they will put you aside even if you were first on the schedule. The way I was spoken to by the owner is inexcusable. We needed to get tile and carpet, but they lost our business. We went elsewhere. When you pay in full thousands of dollars you expect the job to be done right and to be spoken to professionally. Neither occurred.

They are the only people I use. I like that they come out when they say they are going to come and I have the same crew all the time, so they know me by name.

They have a good selection. They did an expert installation. They were punctual and they did a good clean up afterwards.
