I contacted him last Fall. He promptly responded and gave an estimate. Then Winter set in before he could the job. The leak was very bad over the Winter. I tried to contact him to do the job early in the Spring. At first he responded, but then he avoided responding to me. Would not answer my messages. Never did the job. I went to someone else.

Mr. Reese installed a new roof after we had hail damaged. He will be coming back to install new fascia and gutters when weather permits. The service was exceptional and the area was left clean which was very important to me. I had used Mr. Reese many years ago and I was happy I called him to do this project. I will definitely be using him again.

I was very pleased with their service. Another company I found on Angie's List and contacted first for an estimate told me I needed to replace the entire roof ASAP. When Ned and his grandson came out, I didn't tell them about the previous estimate. When I asked them how my roof looked in general, they said it should have another 10-15 years left. They were very honest and addressed the problem instead of trying to take advantage of me. They saved me thousands of $$. I would definitely recommed them and would call them again for my roofing needs.

..I contacted Mr. Reese and requested an estimate on my roof. He came the next day with a worker and examined the project. He called me the next day with the estimate and explained the work they would perform and followed it up with a written estimate. I am very satisfied with the work,the attitude, and the professionalism of Mr. Reese and his company.

Work was done professionally, on time and within a reasonable price range. I would definately use them again for any roofing needs.

Ned was recommended by a coworker. He responded within a day to my initial phone call and came out to the house the next day with several of his crew. They took an in-depth look at the roof, discussed options among themselves in my presence and asked questions about what I wanted. Ned gave me a couple of options and described some preliminary work I would need to do to make their job easier and gave me a price, to which I agreed. He dropped off some tools on Friday (after asking my permission to stage them in my yard) and stopped by Saturday morning for a deposit check. When I came home Monday evening, the work was completed and my yard looked like they had never been there, save for some neatly stacked equipment. Ned called that night and asked if the work looked good and if his crew had done a satisfactory job cleaning up after themselves. I told him yes, and asked if they could remount the gutter for the room they'd re-roofed (which I had removed) and clean out the rest of the gutters on the house when they picked up their equipment. Ned agreed and when I returned home Tuesday evening, everything was cleaned up and the gutter remounted. Ned stopped by for the remainder of his payment and pointed out that my gutters were badly in need of cleaning (which I kjnew), but he charged me a very reasonable fee for the added work. I was very happy working with Ned and would do so again.
