+ 1 moreI registered but never received a call from them. I tried calling directly but once they got my name and number they never called me back. The job is an insurance one and it was only one of many I needed to have done but since they don't want my business or they are too busy to set up a time for a meeting then I won't use them or this service again.

Description of Work: On May 1, 2017 a tree came down and tore my service off the house. I get the tree cleaned up and I contacted Bloom to repair that as well as install a new electric box. I waited till July and called a second time. The man who answered the phone said he would check into when they would be coming out and never got back to me. I still don't have the work done and winter is coming...

+ -1 moreOn 10/16/13 we requested the service of Bloom Electric to determine why we lost power to the upstairs portion of the house. I stated to the technician that I turned on the lights in one of the bedrooms. Upon doing so, that is when we lost power. The light switch appeared to be faulty, as it has loose. The technician did not replace the light switch, instead preceded to run a wire down through the attic, through the upstairs bathroom, through the first floor, and into the basement. I still have no glue as to what this wire is doing or if it's safe. The technician indicated that we needed new wiring throughout the upstairs portion of the house. I decided to contact another electrician the following day to replace the light switch that the other electrician did not and to determine if the light switch was truly the issue. The second electrician replaced the light switch and power was restored to the upstairs of our home. Bloom Electric has since sent me a statement for payment for $245.00 with little to no work description to justify the cost. I have attempted to contact Bloom electric on numerous occasions (11/12,11/19, 12/04) with no success. Each time I call, I am given the response of "The service technician will have to return your call." Again, each time I have not received a return call.
Description of Work: Technician did not do much but bypass wiring and never looked at the light switch that was the actual cause of the problem. I had to contact another electrician and have him replace the switch. Once switch was replaced, power was restored. Bloom Electric would not return my repeated phone calls until I filed a written complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Consumers be aware and cautious. All I wanted was a detailed work description to justify a $245 bill when nothing was replaced and the technician was only at my home for 2-2.5 hours!

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was good as they were really great. They were able to find the problem and repaired it. It was a small job but they called right away and came out the same day to take care of it. Their pricing was around the same as what others charge.
Description of Work: I used Bloom Electric & Plumbing to repair a light that would not come on since the electrical wires that were put in by another company were not connected right.
