We needed to purchase a large appliance (refrigerator/freezer side-by-side) on an emergency basis when our 40 year old unit bit the dust. We selected H.H.Gregg in Cranberry Twp as they were the only large appliance store we could find that would deliver the next day and we could not wait as our old unit was loaded with food. The salesman was courteous and professional and not pushy at all. We got an additional discount over the Memorial Day sale prices. Delivery was exactly as promised and the delivery men were courteous and efficient. The removed the old fridge, installed the new, hooked up the new ice maker and answered all our questions... all perfectly! We are happy campers here. We found the right unit at a reasonable price, delivered next day as promised and no surprises. We are very pleased and would shop H.H. Gregg again when need be. We also got a delivery cost rebate, so free delivery. I highly recommend these folks! I gave all A's on the rating but almost gave B's on price and quality as we know these new units will not last 40 years like the old one did - they do not make them like they used to! But that is just how it is now days! BTW, we also bought a mini fridge that we could carry out same day to use to tide us over for some items that were thawing and getting warm. We set up the mini fridge in the sun room and it has worked out very well.
