Tom Osborn was excellent. I was very, very impressed with his knowledge, patience, and complete helpfulness, and I am NOT easily impressed. Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he charged me an extremely fair price for the amount of work and time he put in. I will definitely be calling Tom again. 5 Stars.
