+ 0 moreThe service want very well. 3-4 technicians were out and completed the job in about 5-6 weeks. We did end up changing a few things like the electric and sprinkler system which they could not touch. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. They were all nice, courteous and careful while working in the home.They made sure to ask our opinion to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. It was very easy to schedule the service. They came out for an estimate and were not pushy in their sales which we really liked. We knew they had done work for a friend of my daughter's and we really liked what we had seen.
Description of Work: I hired the company to refinish the basement.

Description of Work: Had water damage through flashing due to storm and ice. Paul came out and replaced parts of ceiling and wall. His employee did emergency tarping for me to prevent more damage. Believe he is honest and doesn't repair anything that does not need to repaired. I do think his prices are higher than some others even with the small discount he said he gave me.

Description of Work: Repaired a water leak between second floor deck and entrance door below. Installed new drip edge. Removed some decking, siding, replaced exterior damaged plywood and base plate. Replaced siding and installed new decking. Repaired interior drywall damaged by water, spackled and prepared drywall for painting. Removed 12 foot by 15 foot concrete patio. Installed about 60 square feet of brick walkway, back-filled with top soil and rough graded. Quality of rough grading was poor. This was performed by a subcontractor. I would not use the subcontractor again. Mr Krut's work was fine.

+ 1 moreEvery job was performed on time and the crew cleaned up very well after themselves. Paul and his crew came to our home when he said he was coming, and left when he told us he would be finished. He is a very professional contractor, and if we need more work done here, we will hire him again.
Description of Work: Paul painted our entire family room - the job was expert. He installed a vinyl wall in our laundry room to cover a very unsightly drywall. He also put an archictectural roof on our home - also an expert job.
