They have never called me back.

Not good because the very first time an appointment was scheduled for our tree out front they never showed up and I called and left a message and then someone called back and said they were on a job and could not make it which was a big inconvenience to us. They also should have called us to say they were running late before I had to make the call to them. We never got that front tree done but needed another estimate for a back tree to be trimmed and they did give an estimate. Once again, when an appointment was set up they did not show up or call. I had to call them and was given several excuses such as rain, etc. The woman on the telephone also told me that they would be here on a Tuesday and we moved a doctor's appt. and they never showed up and then my husband called and she said she moved the appt. to Wednesday and said she left a message on my cell but no call or message appeared on my cell. We found them to be very unreliable and in considerate to other peoples' time. They just gave us to many excuses.

They showed up on time, completed everything they committed to, for the price we were quoted. Very impressed with the service, hardworkers and end product. It would recommend highly.

They weren't the lowest but I thought they gave me a fair price.

Qucikly returned phone call for estimate request and came within two days to perform estimate. Written estimate provided and Jim was significantly less expensive while providing more service than another competitor that also does lots of work in our neighborhood. Job was performed as scheduled (actually the day before). Mess was cleaned up before they left. Scott came out the following day and took care of the stumps. Great service. Great bunch of guys. Excellent work. Good value. Would gladly use again and would definately recommend them to others.

They gave me an estimate to remove 2 tree and some trimming. When they arrived I asked about another tree on the property and we decided it should go too. They gave me a great price. Arrived on time. Did the work in the time they said it would take. I could not be happier with their performance.

Jim’s Tree Service Team has impressed me so much I need to shout it from my virtual roof-top!!! Jim (who’s been in business for over 20 years) and his crew are classic, hard-working, dedicated Americans, who really know what they’re doing! I met Jim shortly after finding him on Angie’s list for a free estimate to remove a mature Sycamore in my backyard so we could gain more space for our Outdoor living renovation. Trust me, I felt horrible and had much anxiety about cutting down one of God’s creation. However, Jim listened to my grand yard vision, took into consideration my requirements and recommended a plan of action. Within minutes he provided a printed estimate and after confirming with my boss (hubby) the deal it was a go! Jim and his crew performed above and beyond my expectations they made this seamless experience from start to finish. I can only hope the rest of our renovation project goes this smoothly. Thanks again Jim, Frank and the whole crew who helped us with our Tree service, you guys are the BEST and we look forward to working with you again in the future!

The crew arrived on time and immediatly deceided how to drop the tree. The tree was a twin tree so it was a little more time consuming to get down. The climber went about cutting all the limbs on the way up the tree. When all the branches were removed he tied the top off and proceeded to cut and lower it to the crew on the ground. He did the same for the trunk in 6' sections. He thed did the same for the other section of the tree. Down abd cleaned up in 3 1/2 hours.

They happened to be in neighborhood so came promptly. When we agreed to the price, they went to work promptly. They were extremely careful in planning where the branches would fall. They cleaned up so well when they were done, you would not know they had been here. They even took down bird bath and feeders to protect them, then put them back. Nothing fell into the neighbors yard.

Promptly gave estimate. Arrivde on time to do work.Did work quickly, safely and cleaned up. Employees were courteous and asnwered all questions poloitely. I will use them again

It went well. The project took a week to do and I am happy with the service. He cleaned up after himself, showed up on time, and was professional.

When Jim arrived to give us an estimate he was very nice and professional. He was able to leave an estimate before he left, and it was typed and not hand written. The day the work was completed, the workmen were prompt and professional. They made sure to check with me what trees were being removed, etc. The workmen cleaned away any remaining debris before they left. I would definitely use this service again.

They were thorough. They cleaned up well. They didn't take a whole of time to do it. They were available and able to come out. They were great. They came in and did the work.
