Barry and his team were great. They were very punctual and worked exceedingly hard to get the job done quickly and safely. They never hesitated to ask any questions and always happily agreed to our requests. I recommend them highly.

The service was superb. They arrived on time, disassembled my couch with a center piece, carefully loaded it onto the moving truck with my other belongings. Upon arriving at the destination, they carefully and quickly brought my items into my new home and reassembled my couch. Their professionalism throughout the entire moving experience was A1. I definitely would recommend their service to anyone.

Beyond the best business I've probably ever dealt with that treated me like I was their family! My first contact was with Mary, who was like talking to someone real and not just performing a service. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about; but, with so many stories online of Moving companies ripping people off, I was very nervous. The prep call I received several days prior the move from Mary, confirming their time of arrival and giving me details to help make the move go smoothly, made me feel that this was a family run business that really did know what they were doing. I still was nervous after friends said they hadn't heard of H&M and why didn't I just call the local movers that everyone heard of. I still hoped for the best and the second Hector arrived (15 minutes early!), I really felt I made a great choice! No one in my group of friends & family heard of them before but, by the time Hector and his team finished moving me; everyone asked for their business cards to pass to others to use them going forward!!! Hector & his team are beyond respectful, professional and never felt that anything was any trouble. If you are looking for movers & nervous like I was about trusting your things to unknown people; believe me that Mary, Hector & their team could never be topped by any other company in my eyes. Oh, and as for the price.. I kept thinking that they were going to change that and add on for this or that when it came time to pay- they were above and beyond fair in price; but it was the same as I was quoted by Mary on my first call. How they make money is beyond me, but felt so blessed to have met and dealt with this family business. I highly highly recommend H&M movers!!

I hired H&M through Moving Staffers. They were very well-reviewed on that site and did not disappoint. Hector and his crew were punctual, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. They were very careful with all of my furniture and packed things extremely efficiently... After a quick survey of all the furniture, Hector knew exactly where to place everything to take maximum advantage of the pod space. Would definitely use them again. UPDATE: We just unpacked our PODS after 10 months in storage and wanted to reiterate what a great job H&M did on our move. The furniture was packed and wrapped so efficiently that there was no damage at all. My wife, who wasn't there for the original load-up, was very pleased and impressed.

Great! These guys came to be blind - I got them through "Moving Staffers" (the first 15 of the Angie's list movers were booked during a busy end-of-month period), and as a result of using Moving Staffers, probably paid top dollar. In any case, these guys were GREAT! Much better than the other A-list movers we used to pack. Polite, hard-working, and incredibly fast! Call them first!

They are very nice people who come on time and do the job. They are very competent and nice and they even put together a little computer table for me.
