Gave fair assessment and advised to buy new unit in lieu of repair.

Tony was very professional and instead of replacing parts took his time and remove parts and unclogged them, all appliance techs should learn from an honest man like Tony.

He is honest and the price was very reasonable. He is very good at his work.

He came on 9/24//2013 and found he needed a part that had to order . He told then that it would be a week . A week later he came with the part fix the washing machine . On his first visit he saw that my dryer hose was damaged ,so when he came back he fixed it . He will be back when he can to fix my refrigerator .

Tony was great. On-time, considerate, knowledgeable, and showed me just how and why the dryer broke. He also repaired a problem with the venting odf the dryer so it is now much safer and more efficient.

Our experience with Tony was great! My 91-year old mother's washing machine was broken, so we called Tony on Tuesday and Wednesday he was there, right on time. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He had the washer fixed in short order at a very reasonable price. We even got a bonus service! My mother's oven had not been working for a long time (or so we thought). Tony looked at it, saw immediately what the problem was and fixed it for her at no extra charge. We are very pleased with Tony's service overall and would use him again in the future with no hesitation. We highly recommend him.

Could not have gone better. In the first instance, I accidentally got a small piece of paper towel in the washer, blocking the water output and causing the machine to s*** water. Tony found the blockage, and also checked the whole machine for me. In the most recent service call, as it turned out the whole drum unit is going bad, causing a loud banging when the washer spins. Tony advised me that it would not be worth it to repair and that I could still use the machine if I didn't mind the noise, giving me time to shop for a new one. I was only charged for the service call. In both cases, he arrived within one to two days of my call and was prompt, personable and his expertise is admirable.I have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone.

Never used this service provider before but after doing some research decided to give Tony a call to fix a broken GE electric dryer. Tony was able to give me an appointment to come out in few days. He called back later and was able to come out earlier then the original appointment. Tony arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem after a few minutes which was a broken belt. He explained the issue and checked other parts including motor, etc to make sure it was just the belt. He also took the time discuss what he believed caused the problem in the first place and how to avoid future issues. We would use his services again.

Washer was leaking water. He knew exactly what to do. Had it fixed in one hour. (A small foreign piece of matter had gotten caught where water flow was coming in).
