 + -1 moreI purchased a spool that began to leak after less than three years. I've waited over two months to have it repaired. I'm still waiting. The purchase was a smooth transaction. The service is terrible. Becuase of the poor service, I will not do business with them again.

Description of Work: First inspected our Spa for a leak we thought we had, determined we need a new pump, $500.00+ and after getting pump, Greg sealed potential leaks, we ordered a new filter as well, and Connie recommended a formula that cleans out the pipes, we got that as well. Greg was teriffic. Only thing I did not like was when bill arrived we placed in stack to pay and way before 30 days, they took the money from our Amex card given them to order the pump. They should have allowed us to pay them by check or advised we must pay immediately or they would use our card.

Description of Work: We purchased a hot tub for hydrotherapy, currently awaiting delivery. The staff were very helpful in choosing the size and features helpful to us, as we are both disabled.

 + -1 moreI'm not pool savvy so I just go in and tell them what I need and they pick it out for me. I keep going back to them. Even though I can go to Walmart or some place else to get the supplies a little cheaper, it doesn't come with that help I get at Pocono. They are a local mom and pop type of store.
