+ 1 moreProject went well, although we had a lot of rain and snow delays, which extended the construction time. Chris the owner was honest, well qualified for the project. He honored his price for the specified contract. We did have a small additional due to electrical problems with related to the electrical service to the original structure. I would recommend CP Construction for a quality project on budget, only issue were extended construction time.

+ 2 moreOur house has turned out beautifully. Chris was able to offer options and opinions which guided the decisions we made to get our dream house. Every job he did has stood the test of time and has never had to be repeated. His work is impeccable.
Description of Work: Chris from CP construction did a whole house renovation for us including windows, flooring, electrical work, installing a bathroom and a custom made kitchen, plumbing and sheet rock work, framing. In addition he replaced three main support beams for the house which corrected the sagging floor. Chris can do it all and has an extremely talented team with him. Most impressive however is his punctuality, responsiveness and ability to stick to a budgeted estimate. He is very cost conscious and truly has the best interest of his customer at heart.. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional. His work is exact and precise. He came exactly when he said he would EVERY time. This is difficult to find and worth its weight in gold! As he always says to us, "I treat my customers like family." And its true.

+ 3 moreGreat Chris is the definition of a one stop shop. I am also a general contractor so when I am looking for additional help on projects I always lean on Chris and his crew. His work mirrors that of our crew! Top notch quality. Chris takes all his jobs personal and produces quality on every build. When I think back to the amount of work we have done together in just the last 5 years it is mind boggling and in that time I cannot think of one problem, not that it didn’t happen but because Chris took care of any minor issues and made it easy on my end. At the end of the day he is the only other contractor that I work with that I feel comfortable handing over to my own customers.

+ 2 moreCP construction went above and beyond. Plumbing was updated at no charge and a special touch was added to my fireplace do to the fact that there was a short delay in finishing the job. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. My kitchen received an entire new layout adding better utilization of the space. My bathroom was entirely remodeled and the areas of the ceiling that had to be repaired blended well with the undamaged ceiling. Even though there was a small delay in finishing the job, Chris communicated timely and apologetically. Professional crew; I would hire again.
Description of Work: My house suffered extensive water damage while I was away from home for a period of time. Walls, ceilings, flooring were destroyed; a water restoration company pretty much gutted my entire home on the bottom floor and the bathroom on the second floor. Flooring, ceilings and walls had to be replaced and/or repaired. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be performed with a minimal budget as a result of my insurance payout.

Description of Work: My wife and I were interested in getting our approx. 800 sq ft basement finished which included framing, drywall, electrical and flooring. It was nice to have someone come in who knows what their doing and gets it done right the first time and within a reasonable time frame. Chris also worked with me and my price range. I'll defiantly hire CP Construction back for my next project!
Description of Work: Chris remodel my bathroom and did an awesome job! He put in a new tub, new toilet, new vanity, and new title floor with a beautiful tile back splash.
