+ -1 moreRob was great, very knowledgeable, on time, professional. My inspection was scheduled during a time when the company was running and quot;winter specialand quot; prices on inspection services. The inspection had to be pushed off a few weeks, which took place after the winter specials were over. Rob honored the special pricing, which was very nice as it saved me almost $200. The reports were emailed to me the same day and were very thorough and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend him to all who need inspection services done.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Cedar Creek/Robert Corcia did home inspection for the house we wanted to buy. Robert is prompt and very professional. He arrived more than 1 hour before our appointment. He did a very thorough inspection and he patiently explained everything to us. He answered all our questions. We are very happy with the results of his inspection. He was actually more thorough than the bank appraiser. We value his expert opinions and suggestions. Overall we are satisfied with his level of expertise and professionalism.
