Art and his partner Carl arrived on time the morning they were scheduled to be at my home. The work they did was great! They were meticulous with everything from the painting and wall papering to sweeping and vaccuuming up at the end of each day. My home looks beautiful! I could not have asked for a more perfect paint job! Would recommend Art Koch to everyone that needs work/paint done on their home! A++++

Art told us when he'd be there. He was there then. He and another fellow did the job. Worked normal 9-5 hours. They worked around some construction we had going on, and even advocated for me (when I wasn't there) to get them to re-sheetrock a section that was done horrifically. They also did little repairs of loose towel bars and rungs. They went from the top to the bottom. Laid tarps down. Removed stuff from walls, covered all furniture, etc, all the things you'd do yourself or want someone to do if they were working in your home. They did a great job; there was no drama. They had the combination to our home because we hadn't yet moved in, and always closed up and locked up and cleaned up fine. The punch list of things I saw and left for him, I don't know whether he agreed or disagreed, he just basically said "Bill, we are going to take care of anything you see or are concerned about. Just put it on the list". And he did; with a smile. We are very pleased, have no regrets, and would recommend them.

Art Koch and his assistant Karl are the best in the business. I would only trust my interior painting to them. Our home has recently had extensive renovations in the kitchen in library of our 100 year old Arts and Crafts home. The #1 designer in Philadelphia designed the project and followed the details critically. He has commented to me that Art's work was the finest he has ever seen! Art has painted over 24 rooms in my home over ten years. I trust him and Karl at home with my wife and children while I am at work. They are respectful, quiet and kind. It is a plus that they clean up daily and never leave the job until finished, but the labor intensive high quality of the end product is amazing. Straightest lines I've ever seen! Masters of making my out of plumb home look perfect. Our home will be featured in a major design magazine this fall, all the painting and wallpaper work is at his hand.
