Description of Work: I love my new flooring. Steve Porter was easy to work with. He came to my home prepared with a variety of flooring samples. The quality of everything he brought surpassed what competitors showed me. About 4 weeks after I agreed to purchase, I had new carpeting in my living room and hallway. I also have beautiful new hardwood floors. I highly recommend Molyneaux.

+ -1 moreMy sales experience with Molyneaux was not the best. I appreciate the fact that they do not sell just carpet, they sell the whole carpeting experience. But the purchase seemed mysterious, like they were hiding something. I didn’t like the way the sales person would not tell me how much the carpeting costs. Again, she stressed there are no hidden costs and everything is included in the price, furniture moving, padding, installation, and warranty as well as the carpet, but I like to compare and feel I am getting the better deal. Despite this mystery, I went with Molyneaux, I just prefer to support the local businesses rather than big box stores. I am ever so glad I did. Installation day came and two men showed up and did the most professional, respectful, timely installation imaginable. I am thrilled with the process as a whole; I guess that is the point of the whole Molyneaux experience, it’s not just carpet.
Description of Work: Install whole house carpet. Living area, 3 bedrooms and closets, hallway and stairs.

We could have shopped around, I'm sure and maybe found a lower cost, but they made the process easy, from coming to the house, to allowing me take multiple samples home, and making recommendations. Valerie's patience was great as we whittled our choice of carpet down. Their selection is huge! And I found their pricing competitive considering the one stop shop, the quality of the padding and workers that came for the install. I definitely recommend them and our Rep!

Description of Work: We purchased 3 rooms + hall of wool carpet from Molyneaux. The salesman, Mike Jackson, was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He came out and made the measurements, as well as further recommendations.
