Description of Work: The provider sprayed and left me the invoice while I was at work. Since that time I have seen evidence of bees, wasps rodents and other bugs on the property as if the house had never been treated. This application did not meet expectations. I will say that the service provider was prompt In coming to my house and courteous over the phone. I just have not been happy with the result.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on AngiesList for a year-long pest control contract for $199. Northwoods contacted me right away and we were able to set up an appointment. The technician arrived on time, listened to me when I explained the pest problems we had (ants and some mice), and then he explained to me how he would treat for these problems. When he was done, he let me know that, if any problems reoccurred, I could call them and they'd come out to re-treat. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, and the technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. The ant problem is gone, and the traps he set out caught a mouse right away. Overall I am very happy with the servive.

Description of Work: My only deduction was based on confusion on their part over messaging from Angie's list. It took them a few days to get back to us initially. But, that has been remedied. They came on schedule, did a good job, based on fewer bees and wasps in our outdoor living areas near the house for the past month. I definitely want them back every 4 to 6 weeks to respray for the $99. Have not arranged that yet.
