Fresh Coat Painters of Cranberry Twp

Absolutely wonderful! It is not often you find a company who not only talks about customer service, but delivers it. We had some self-induced delays and a concern with the final paint color. Pat worked with us by adjusting his crews to deal with our scheduling problem. In addition, he volunteered to repaint both rooms to meet our desired paint color. In fact, he took the extra step of acquiring the exact paint color for the second painting from our manufacture, rather then his supplier. He was very cordial in our dealing, his crews were punctual, friendly, and considerate of our property. Pat respond promptly to any questions, met the schedule, and we would highly recommend Pat and his company.

After spending a lot of time trying to get a contractor to repair sheet rock in the wall and ceiling of our bathroom (apparently the job was "too small" for them), we turned to Fresh Coat. They did an excellent job on the repair and re-painting the bathroom walls and ceiling. The job was very high quality and the price was excellent when we compared quotes for additional work. We will use Fresh Coat again in the future.

Outstanding work as usual. We are repeat customers for Pat and Fresh Coat of Cranberry. They had painted our dining room and foyer prior to the holidays but we didn't have time to paint all of the rooms. They were on time and professional and the end result was perfect. Pat kept in touch with us throughout the project to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their price was reasonable and we definitely recommend them without reservation.

They were a bit disappointing. I just thought they had very poor sense of good detail which is kind of what you are looking for. They did the one room and it was fine. They did two rooms for me and the second room they didn't properly prep it. The wall really rust after the wallpaper was removed and they didn't do it good. We decided to use them because we reviewed them on Angie's List and their price was reasonable, we had a quote that was very similar and we felt comfortable with them. I called the guy and told him about a couple of the issues and he didn't come out to look at it. He was quick to say that they did a good job which is kind of ironic because he wasn't here. They did fix one issue but it should have been better. They were there when they said they would be there.

Called and left a message with Pat and he called back with in an hour. He politely asked some questions and we scheduled an estimate 2 days out. When Pat came out he was courteous and friendly and was in and out in about 5 minutes and said to expect a full estimate in a few days. 3 days later the estimate was emailed to us outlining the work that would be done. After accepting the estimate, which my husband and I thought was a very fair price, it took about a week for them to come and paint. Pat and another worker (I apologize that I don't remember his name) came to paint and they were both wonderful and kind and got straight to work. They fixed some holes and such in the office and it took roughly 5-6 hours to complete the job. We are so pleased with the work that they have done that we will refer Fresh Coat to others looking to have painting done.

Very well. Kind, respectful, and did good work. Arrived only slightly after they stated they would but was snowing and is perfectly acceptable to be <= 30 minutes late. Overall the work was done well and I would recommend them to anyone

The service worked out fine. They came and did the work. I was having a bad experience getting somebody to come out, so I was grateful that he came. They were quick to respond after Angie's List had contacted them. They were on time.

Super nice owner, Pat, has a crew of painters that work for him. The painter assigned to my job was VERY meticulous, took his time, and did a terrific job. I should say that I am really particular with any paint bleeding onto the ceiling or baseboards, etc. There was NONE of this. REally crisp paint lines and a fantastic job. I would hire again for sure.

I contacted Pat early in the summer regarding whole house interior paint job. He came within a few days to measure and find out more about our job. We had a written quote within a week. He kept in contact regarding scheduling in the weeks leading up to our paint job and was great to work with as our schedule and needs changed. You always wonder if a contractor is going to actually follow through. I should not have worried. Pat was on the ball and had his crew in there right when promised and was done faster than he estimated. The work was excellent and we had many compliments on the fresh paint when it was on the market. I really think his work was crucial to our home selling as quickly as it did! Start to finish this was a great company to work with. My only disappointment is our new home is outside their service area. This company is hard to beat!

AWESOME, first to return call by days! Pat came within a day or 2, gave me an estimate and had his crew within a week. Perfect job, I couldn't even tell anyone had been here the drew did such a great job cleaning up...EXCEPT of course the walls were beautifully painted. thanks

The Fresh Coat painters did a fantastic job painting our interior. I am so pleased with how the job turned out, they were very professional and I still try finding flaws in the paint job but I just can't! We will certainly use them to finish the rest of the rooms in our house.

Team was friendly, courteous, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Owner was quick to address any issues and made sure everything was done according to spec. Paint looked great overall. Saw few paint splotches near the edge of carpet where meets wall, but they easily were removed with some water. I would definitely use Fresh Coat of Cranberry again! I had bids from other vendors and they were much higher. I feel I received a great value for the price.

Pat was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He came out to provide a quote promptly after being contacted on Angie's List, and then made a second visit to meet with us (on a weekend morning) to review it. His quote was the lowest of 3 provided (all from Angie's List) with the highest being close to 3 times as much. Pat has worked with Sherwin Williams in the past, and gave us some tips for helping pick colors. The quote included power washing the house (the crew also did the rear deck at no additional charge). Larger sections of the house were painted by sprayer; trim/windows by brush. Our windows had looked terrible with peeling paint and they now look nearly new. Although I was not at home to watch them work, their ladders were stacked neatly by the back side of driveway each evening. They completed the work in the specified time frame. I would definitely use Pat again.

The painter arrived on time and with the supplies he needed to complete the job. He removed the the handrail and painted the stairwell, the upstairs hallway, and downstairs hallway. The color was the color we chose. His work was excellent and neat. He applied two coats.

Prompt, pleasant, competent, & reasonably priced. Could not ask for more. He came right out & gave am estimate. He was also very careful and even made a concerted effort to assured that the white ceiling paint that a previous painter had applied & which came down to the wall area was covered so that there was a clear line between the ceiling & wall paint. I found that attention to detail to be extremely rare. Will use him again in a minute.

I had a very good experience with them. They were neat and timely. They were just good to work with.

The estimate process went fine. However, the provider's schedule could not accommodate our schedule and the services were not performed. The provider was professional in their communications and their estimate was consistent with what was expected in terms of time and cost.

I'm real pleased with how the project turned out. They did a great job with the painting. Two of the rooms had decorative wood molding that needed to be primed first and one room had 2 black walls that needed 4 coats (even though they only estimated 3). Also, there were 2 decorative elements in the 2-level entryway that required time-consuming brush painting. They started the project with 4 guys and then reduced to 2 on the second day and this was reasonable based on the work done. The men were professional acting and working. The only slight negative was that it took 5 weeks to get the work done due to their backlog and I would like to have had them more proactive about communication with me from the time of the quote to getting the work started. I kind of felt like I had to chase it down to get it underway. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier with the work. I will definitely hire Pat and his team again if they want my business.

Pat and his team were great! They were punctual and hardworking. They got the inside of our 35 year old house looking like new. I would absolutely use Fresh Coat again!
