Fresh Coat Painters of Cranberry Twp

The proposal Pat provided was in line with the others we received. We chose Fresh Coat based on the positive Angie's List reviews and the timeline provided for the proposed work to be done since we have two young children and didn't want a prolonged inconvenience. Chuck and his crew of about 7 painters showed up promptly at 7:30am on the day that we scheduled 2 months prior. We were both amazed and delighted when they completed the work in only a day in a half. They were very accommodating to all of our requests and questions. It was impressive to watch the crew work so effectively and efficiently together. The painting and trim work how transformed our home exactly how we envisioned. For all the rooms we used 3 different colors. The left us with some leftover paint for each color (as well as the time) for touch-ups. We would definitely recommend this company for your painting needs.

When the team had completed the power wash, the house looked tenfold better. However, upon completion of the paint, the exteruir really looks wonderful. The painters were not only very careful with my property, but they covered a neighbor's car in the adjoining driveway to avoid any paint from blowing onto that property. They were neat, effcient, very pleasant and professional. I could not be more pleased. In fact, I have requested an estimate from Pat for the interior of my home.

The end results of each room and each area was excellent. They had some difficult seam work to create precise straight lines and every line and angle was perfect. Their price was slightly higher than other painters but their results made it a great value. My previous painters were less expensive but their results were not nearly the quality and outcome I wanted. Pat and his company are worth every dollar I paid and I would use them again.

It started out fine, they were doing an OK job. I did find multiple uneven spots on the wall due to paint drip, and couple spots where hair stuck onto the wall. I walked around and put blue tape on multiple places that I thought wasn't done very well, they fixed some of them but not others, and removed all the blue tapes I put as if they fixed them all. I didn't try to argue over, thinking these are minor issues. I thought things went okay overall. But that's not the case. They used different paint than what we agreed on. I discovered that 3 weeks after the job was done. We chose Sherwin-Williams Cashmere for everything, and they used it for only two places and everything else was painted using PPG Manor Hall. Before we picked SW Cashmere, I did some research online and found Cashmere to be a good line of paint with many good reviews, and I had no idea about PPG paint. Regardless of which paint is better than the other, not honoring the agreement and using whatever they choose to use is totally wrong. After I reached out to the owner about this issue, the owner was arrogant, tried to justify what they did without acknowledging their wrong. He argued that they had the freedom to choose what they want, just because PPG Manor Hall was listed in the quote he sent. The reality was, we chose to use SW Cashmere and all the colors we sent to him was Sherwin Williams colors. When we started, the owner didn't feel like writing a contract, but did bring one for me to sign after I mentioned having a contract multiple times. He promised he's going to send me the copy of the contract before they started the job, but until now he still didn't send a copy. I'm considering legal action against this company. MY WARNING to anyone who's considering this company: if you really don't have other choice but to use them, then put everything in writing, the materials to be used, colors, start and finish time, cost, everything related to the job. Because, after what happened to me, I have zero confidence in the honesty of the owner.

They were great. Pat came out and gave me an estimate days after I contacted them, and the painting took place a week or so later. Incredibly fast and easy. All the work was done in a day, and they did a really beautiful job. We got another quote for the job from another painter, and his bid was about 40% higher.

Working with the owner Pat Boyle was a pleasure. A full team arrived the day the job was scheduled. They were prompt, polite and energetic. The work was all done within one day and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and helping my husband put pictures back on the wall and move furniture back into place. The price for the job was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. In fact, a week after the main job I called and asked for some help painting the guest bathroom on the 3rd floor. I had started it but was doing a terrible job and had guests coming that weekend. Pat arranged for one of his crew to come by and he was able to paint the bathroom in a little over two hours - again very prompt and professional. Additionally, the cost of both jobs was very reasonable. I highly recommend Fresh Coat of Cranberry.

It went well, Deal was for 8 hours but we used it for a small bathroom so he was done early.

I recently used Fresh Coat to paint the Exterior and Interior of our home during a renovation project. Pat was easy to work with and accommodated our schedule for installation of carpet, hardwood flooring and new windows. His crew painted the areas receiving carpet prior to its installation, and the areas where hardwood was installed after installation so the quarter round trim would be done. The crew was professional and kept the job clean. Cuts were precise and paint line were crisp. I would not hesitate to have Fresh Coat provide paint services in the future.

A great team of professionals came exactly on time on the first day, and finished ahead of time on the second day. This exceeded expectations since we were having a large area of the interior of the house painted and they completed it in less than two days. The quality and clean up was an outstanding experience.

Cannot speak highly enough of this group. They were very meticulous, and did a great job. They literally caulked the seams in the closets under the shelves to prevent a line from appearing. Most thorough job I have ever seen. Came as scheduled, and daily until complete. Work went over the scheduled time, however, they were very very thorough. Our molding and built ins, doors, and all trim needed to be sanded and primed and painted. They also refinished all the vanities as well as the kitchen cabinets. They essentially painted every surface of our entire 2700 sq foot home. Friendly, talkative group of workers. Highly recommend FreshCoat.

We are extremely pleased with FreshCoat of Cranberry Twp. They made every aspect of the job so easy for us from the initial quotation right through to the finished job. These guys are professionals. They did extensive prep work on our house exterior including power washing and caulking where necessary. They took their time with the exterior painting to ensure it was done right. At one point they were de-doing a small section that to my eye already looked perfect but the lead painter for the day was not satisfied until it met his standard. Pat, the owner, was on site a couple of times each day just to be sure all was going well and to answer any questions we might have for him. You will be hard pressed to match this quality of work. Highly recommend FreshCoat.

Pat was very professional during the consultation. He gave good recommendations but was still respectful of our ideas. He even offered to paint the stairway after we moved in in case we marked up the walls moving furniture. The service went very well. The team was quick and professional. Pat was very responsive throughout the whole process and followed up to see if I was satisfied with the work. I have already recommended Fresh Coat to friends and family.

Contacted Pat Boyle owner of Feshcoat of Cranberry through Angie's list. Pat responded very quickly and came out a few days later to evaluate work I needed done. We communicated back and forth setting up date and time. A little miscommunication but all and all it was all good. Very busy so it was about 4 weeks out but once scheduled no changing it. Steve and Daniel came out on scheduled date. Very nice. Very professional..very efficient..very friendly. Went right to work doing what was needed without any question on what they needed to do. It was a two day job but they finished majority of work on first day. Steve returned second day to finish up. Both he and Daniel did a wonderful job. Pat stopped in both days to confer with his guys and me to make sure all was going well. I could go in to a lot more detail, but I just want to finish up by saying they did a wonderful job and I am a stickler to detail and neatness both of which were done to my specifications. Awesome job.. Good People.. Good company.. Highly recommend for your painting needs..

We did not hire Fresh Coat of Cranberry. While Pat was very nice, efficient in his bid, and timely, their services were over double our other bid from another highly recommended experienced painter. The other painter had been in the business 25+ years and is a one man shop so his overhead is very limited and he is the person doing the work. I am sure Fresh Coat does a great job, but the fact that the owner is not the painter and has a crew that he uses, his costs would need to be higher in order to support having a team of people. All in all, while we did not use them due to the higher cost, we found the estimate experience to be pleasant.

The two painters arrived at 7:30 am as promised and promptly began prepping my master bedroom to be patched and painted. They were very friendly and professional and did not waste any time starting the job. They were through by lunchtime and cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did and will continue to use Fresh Coat for any future paint jobs.

I was so impressed with Fresh Coat. Pat Boyle was quite knowledgeable when he told us what he would do. He kept us informed as to when he could perform our service and gave us a detailed estimate. He showed up promptly at 8 AM along with John who would do the work. Pat stopped back later in the day and followed up with us afterwards to be sure we were happy. John was wonderful! He did an excellent job. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. He was professional and pleasant. Not only will I use them again in the future for our painting needs, but I recommend Fresh Coat highly for anyone in the area with painting needs.
